Product arrived as ordered. However the ordering experience, by phone, was unhelpful, and the operative kept cutting off, and getting the order wrong. She could not forgill part of the order requirement, for a common high efficiency bulb.
I have traded with you over the years, when your sales team were both more knowledgeable and helpful. Alas not this time.

Seem Very good but as ironically the 'bots' at Trustpilot refuse to believe that, unlike them, I am a real person and therefore a legitimate reviewer, there is no point in me wasting time saying more.

Purely the ordering on line.
"If you add £20 or so to your order your qualify for free delivery."
So I did add a bit more and was told that I now qualified for free delivery.
But at the checkout no I did not and was charged for delivery.
So I feel somewhat cheated but it is some fry but leaves a bad taste.

As usual, a great price and a quick delivery.

Got these to replace some dated ones and not as bright .
Easy to install and wire up , low power consumption and a brilliant light with a good spread

Unhappy with the postage charges. Was told in two different places when ordering postage free, however postage added to the bill total. Contacted customer services and they said there was a postage charge.

What's not to like?

Ordered 12 LED panels for lighting in a garden room. Very poorly packaged with no protection at all, and sure enough, 4 of them damaged, either cracked on the front or bashed in at the back. I phoned LEDHUT, and was assured that replacements would be dispatchd the next day. So the next day came, and all I got was an impersonal email saying they were now out of stock so those four would be refunded. And to be fair, they did refund. A few days later, I got another email promoting their sale, so I checked just in case, and guess what, they were showing back in stock. So I ordered another 4 to see if I could get the ones I needed. No great surprise, another email saying they were out of stock and I would be refunded. So poor packaging and they clearly don't know what they'g got and what they havn't. Very disapointed.

Excellent customer service - a very minor disappointment that a damaged in delivery unit could not be replaced. I have no hesitation recommending LED Hut

The product was as advertised, the ordering process was clear and efficient, and the product was delivered quickly and as promised.

Great place offering good bulbs. 2000-2200K for the win! Wish there were more fittings options for this colour range though. Be great to see B22 and E17

Ordering was easy. The only reason for 4 stars was because of EVRI delivery, who dropped it over my fence instead of delivering to neighbours as requested.
