I was really unhappy with your service when I placed an order with you
I ordered a dress a week before New Years Eve with Express Delivery.
I got no dispatch email, confirmation email or any update after
The payment had been accepted
I emailed every email address I found and called every number I found for your company but I got no response to my emails and no-one answered my calls or called me back when I left messages
I asked for compensation too but this was never confirmed
The dress which I ordered for New Years arrived in two sizes larger than what I ordered 4 weeks after I ordered.

If there was an issue/delay which meant I had to wait 4 weeks, I wouldn't have minded but the lack of communication on your companies side is completely unacceptable

The item sent was stretched and had obviously been worn before. My efforts to contact Le-Beau were fruitless and apart from their phone number being unobtainable, they refused to answer at least 3 emails asking for a refund.

They have a massive range of products and the website is really easy to navigate when looking for what you want. Delivery was fast and the products are fab.

Love this site and so does my boyfriend ;-). The site is so easy to navigate around and the underwear is simply lush.

Its was an easy site to navigate around and had a good range of what I (the wife) wanted.

I purchased the 6ft wig perfect apart from when I opened it was tangled and found it very if not nigh impossible to get the tangles out, it is not as the picture shows, it could also benefit from having a better fitting net more suited to some one with already a good head of hair and not somebody with short hair.

I love them! Great knickers that fit just right, I struggle to find them big enough but le-beau.co.uk hit the spot! Plus excellent delivery (2 days and they were in my box!)

Le Beau caught my eye when I was looking for something a little different and although they have the usual quality ranges of underwear they also had exactly what I was looking for. Now I don't go anywhere else as with the free delivery, the wide range of products and the amazing customer service I feel like I'm appreciated as a valued customer. I was also surprised about the quality of goods I received as for such affordable prices I was expecting poor materials and shoddy craftsmanship however I feel and look like a million dollars for a fraction of the price. Le Beau basically has it all.
