We ordered a bed four weeks ago, been given four different delivery dates and still have not received any product from them. We have called but it just rings out and isn't a valid user. We have emailed them numerous time but to no avail have still not received a reply. Stealing money from people. We have paid the amount in full. It is absolutely shameful and when we did have contact after we placed the order. The delivery guy told us he was 45 mins away when he was about am hour and a half. He then proceeded to just go home and not deliver the bed and we were informed he had delivered it. Are now straight up refusing to speak to us. 0/10 would not recommend. If I could rate any lower I would. -10 stars.

I am only giving this company a score of 1 as you cannot go any lower. Avoid this company at all cost. I ordered a bed and when it arrived last Wednesday the headboard was significantly marked. I contacted them by email ( phone number disconnected ) and was asked to provide a photo. I provided 3 which clearly show 4 big black marks on headboard. I was told that my issue would be passed to thier production department. Despite numerous emails I am yet to receive a response and do not hold out any hopes of getting one ! I have contacted my credit carder provider to obtain refund. As advised earlier AVOID AT ALL COST

Amazing prices amazing quality beds! Love the super king we purchased. although there was a small issue at the start of my order with the courier damaging the bed ( no fault of the company) but Laywells did not make me aware and did not respond when asked about my order.. 10 days later! customer services telling me my bed was missing until they told me the issue, complimented me with 2 pillows worth £60 though witch is appriciated!! could be better with communications and order updates but other than that very happy!

when I ordered the bed the website was very basic, since then they have updated it but there was no option to choose colour so i had to email them and no option for storage but because the picture had drawers in I presumed it would come with drawers. First they gave me wrong delivery date, then said I could choose my own date and time but the delivery company said that wasn’t true. It says on website it’s 2 man team but only one turned up and he needed my husbands help. The bed arrived with no drawers. Both me and the delivery team struggled to get hold of the company. I finally got my bed with drawers but within a couple of weeks a part attaching the headboard broke. When I got the bed the nails sticking out and wood made me realise how cheaply made the bed is. I’m fed up with complaining. A mattress protector and upgraded pillows doesn’t compensate what I went through. But yes I wouldn’t recommend this company at all

Bought a mattress from them a while back, when it arrived they had upgraded the mattress since I was a first time buyer. Looking forward to buying from them again. Recommend them to anyone who needs a bed, mattress or a sofa

I bought this mattress for my mother and mother is extremely happy now because her back doesn’t hurt anymore. I do recommend this type of mattress for people with back problems. Excellent stuff, worth for money.

I am a 100% satisfied with my purchase and the service I received free delivery and free assemble , they also disposed of my old bed for free too which is a bonus i would recommend this company to anyone. Very pleased.

Wanted to order a bed online but wanted the Ruby red Crush velvet but couldn’t find one then came across Laywell Beds where you can choose your own fabric and any colour you want. Definitely good value and very good quality best part was you can buy now pay later. Super fast two men free delivery. very easy website. I cannot complain about any aspect of my transaction. Was a bit apprehensive about choosing a bed as there is so much to choose from and having got it wrong last time I didn't want to make the same mistake again. My 'fears' were soon diminished after looking on website with the luxury options of mattresses. We then lay on a few different mattresses of that rating and slowly narrowed it down to one that we were both happy with. Once we decided we would definitely be buying we clicked on the buy button that’s when we found out that we didn’t have to pay for delivery, free assemble and they take the old mattress with no extra cost. We're now looking forward to the delivery of our new bed & mattress
