Easy to find and book a property that met all my requirements.

So easy to book our apartment. A strange message came from them re the payment but a call to Liam sorted this straight away.

dates were all over the place even though I asked for specific dates.

Easy booking with lots of choice of where to stay. Literally took me minutes once we decided where to go.

We were looking for a cottage close to Filey for a short break, visiting relatives. Search was easy and efficient and we found this cottage which fits our needs perfectly. Very quick and easy process, thank you

Lovely setting, room was clean and tidy, comfy bed, nice warm shower. We took two camping chairs with us as nowhere to sit which we knew before we arrived. Great location for exploring the area.

Had to make 2 attempts first time making payment I was throne out of the web page, 2nd time everything worked.

Easy quick and really nice cottages

Stayed here with my wife just after new year. What a fantastic place to stay. From the warm welcome from Carl, till the day we left, everything was great. Everything was very clean, and there were lots of extras included, even a bottle of bubbly on ice for us. Even things like a coffee maker, and an air fryer were in the cottage, which is unusual, but very welcome. The hottub area is very private, and has a great view over the countryside. As a couple that does 3 of 4 of these types of stays a year, I can happily say that this is right up there with the best we've stayed in. Well done Carl and family, you've got something special here.
There are only 2 things that we could see, that could be improved. 1.There are hooks to hang your towels on by the hottub, but when the lid is open, they end up behind the lid (easy fix to move the hooks). 2. After using the hottub, we would have liked to have mopped the floor dry. However we couldn't find a mop to use.
These are such minor problems though, and I will have no problem with recommending this property to others.

Good property/location description excellent price ideal for our requirements.

Excellent from start to finish, had a lovely stay at a beautiful cottage in south west Scotland. Everything was clean and tidy and could have wished for a nicer setting.

Brilliant location,shops and area fantastic , nice touch with having tea coffee & milk on arrival. the property is in much needed of a refurbishment, lots of stains on carpets and sofas ,dirty cooker , very dusty not been cleaned for a good month cobwebs everywhere lots of light bulbs not working , blinds didn't work on bedrooms and livingroom, garden a right mess with broken fence panels back gate hanging off,broken fridge freezer very unkepted property, should of stayed 2 nights but could only do the one .
