Usually my boyfriend and I shop in stores, but the stores around me never have much to choose from. I tried using my gift card I got for Christmas to order stuff and they "weren't accepting gift cards at this time". Then my boyfriend and I went shopping for Valentines day and they again didn't have alot in stores. I got an email from them saying if we order anything by midnight February 9th we would have it by Valentine's day. My boyfriend ordered stuffed February 8th in the morning and we still have not received it and it is February 17. It says online we will not receive it until February 20th. To me this is unacceptable you don't promise customers they will have it by a certain day if they put there order in by a certain time and then them not get it for another 6 days after it was supposed to be delivered. We called customer service and they told us there is nothing they can do about it all they can do is give us 10% back but it would take over a month before we would get it. Needless to say we will not be shopping there anymore

I ordered several bras on Monday, February 4th from La Senza's website. After talking it over with my husband, I placed a second order the same night because I was getting a pretty good price on the bras. They shipped out on the 5th and I had both packages in my mailbox on Saturday the 9th. Considering they shipped from Canada to Ohio, I am very happy with how short of a wait I had.

I am larger chested (36DD) and am very happy with the quality and selection of bras that they have. The bras that I got are from the So Free Collection, both Full Coverage, and Balconette. They are comfortable, sexy, and I am thrilled to be able to actually get something beyond grey, white, black, or white.

Sent numerous emails chasing delivery of my parcel, to which each time I got the reply that either 'it took x amount of days to be delivered', or 'wait until this date', to 'it will arrive this week', to 'we've given you a refund'(without asking for one). After 1 month of this, finally someone told me the parcel had been lost. No-one at customer service actually tried to help, everyone was incompetent and no personal touch. Extremely disappointed since I ordered something one month in advance for a surprise for my boyfriend.

Been waiting for a refund since start of January. Sent numerous emails to receive refund, have had no response. Very poor quality coat, had zip pieces missing and tore after wearing once!
Have taken matters further.

So unimpressed!! Ordered 2 bras that were wayyy to small even tho they were the same size as the last ones I ordered which I was wearing when I ordered them... and when I had to send them back it cost $20 to mail them back which lasenza makes you pay yourself so not worth it.. sizes are way off.

I am appalled. I was given a gift card for Christmas literally spent hours on the phone over numerous days and still have not had the problem solved. The customer service team went so far as to blame me that the card does not work. I am going to sell my card and shop elsewhere such a horribly run business with no respect for those paying their wages threw shopping does not deserve a dime as far as I am concerned. On another note the last bra I did buy there the underwires came out after only around 15 times wearing it and following washing instructions perfectly. Poor service poor product this company has gone downhill and their employees should be ashamed. In just annoyed I even had to give them 1 star.

Bought some underwear for my wife but they don't fit so I need to get a refund. There is nothing to say that this is an international site and I fully expected to be able to return to a UK site with little hazel if required. Turns out they ship from Canada and you have to return it to France, you have to pay for the shipping too! This is a very underhanded way of stopping you returning any items that are unwanted or the wrong size

I’m always shopping at La Senza, and most of the time happy, but the last few times I wasn’t too happy. They never have enough selections in my bra size , and plenty to choose from in the smaller sizes. Also I found that this year there really wasn’t much Christmas Pjs . I had to go change mine because it was too big, and I went after Boxing Day , and there was nothing left! I had to get a store credit I asked for cause everything was gone. Wasn’t too impressed.

The refund process was bloody ridiculous and the company was pretty much incompentent as could be.

4-5 weeks after returning the items (and to be fair I gave time for the shipping as it was international) I still had not had a refund, so I emailed.

I was asked for the full details of my order which I gave and was told I would receive a full refund.
After two weeks without the refund, I re-read the email and found that I was told it could be up to 2 MONTHS to get my money back, which didn’t seem right as it’s usally a maximum of two weeks. It sounded ridiculous.

So I emailed again, and was told that not even my refund had been properly processed even after chasing it, and that I would get my money back after 7-10 business days.

This company would have had my money for well over 2 months at this point. They are thieves and if you want a refund you will have to chase, chase and chase. Clearly they have a money flow problem and need to try and keep people’s cash.

Do not go near this company in my opinion.

I’ve been trying to unsubscribe from their email list at least once a week for two months. They won’t take me off. HEADS UP.. NEVER EVER GIVE THIS TERRIBLE COMPANY YOUR EMAIL!

Poor effort. Foreign company. Doesn't ship back for free and sizes are random, cost me £13 to find this out. And the address in France is so hard.to send back to try.my hermes

Ordered last week for the UK and was told 4-6 business days. After 2 days i got an automatic email saying it had been despatched and it was in fact another 4-6 business days from there which means it will miss the birthday.
I emailed them 3 times but had zero response.
So overall no customer service and false delivery times advertised.
They manage to send me non stop marketing emails though despite the fact ive unsubscribed to them all and they still keep coming. Funnily enough they ignore my emails for removal too.

I entered your shop thinking it is best to get LA SENZA BRAS as gifts to my friends back in my home country. When I started to browse, sizes are mixed. I asked your staff (RODA) if it will be well arrange next day morning thinking that it would be easier to get the right sizes.. anyway I am working in the same mall. RUDE ENOUGH, your staff says "Ate wag kang balik ng balik kasi my COUNTING MACHINE" I was so shock.. I am your customer, i so love the brand.. in fact, days ago i just purchase items in your Dalma Mall branch AND YOUR STAFF -RODA- IS TELLING ME NOT TO COME BACK OFTEN!!

If your staff will assist each customers who are entering your store (specially that time she -RODA- is just standing doing nothing) you shouldn't be worry of having high FOOTFALL because for sure, with your quality and offers, you can convince your customer to purchase an item.

I placed my 1st order with La Senza on Monday last. I received the package on Friday. I received an email update at every step while it was in transit.
The two items are really good & exactly as expected. I am really happy with them.
I asked some questions before purchase & received ext prompt & very helpful replies & on a weekend !
I rate the company, its fabulous products & excellent people at the highest levels.
I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Order hasn't arrived after ten business days days
No help from emailing customer care at all.
Tracking info hasn't updated in days and I very much doubt I'll be getting my order after spending £120.00
From other reviews the refund process is also awful

Appalling service. La Senza isn’t allowing me access to their returns form or address on line So I’ve emailed countless times and rang them

Absolutely shocking,
tied to cancel as I was not aware it was oversea, they said they had dispatched but they only dispatched the next day, the items are wrong and not even packaged, just thrown loose into a plastic shipping bag.....
to add insult to injury the price labels on the items show a significantly lower GBP value than I was charged. I an trying to return but the return site claims my order number is not valid!!

Beware this shady company. If for any reason your items are not satisfactory, they are not going to be able to make it right. Their size charts are extremely misleading and so I received items ostensibly of the same size but with measuravle size differences - I sent them photos of the measurement differences. They completely ignored the issue - did not even address it in their replies to me. Even though they are supposed to have an online business they stated that they will not.exchange items online. Instead they sent me a $15 gift card.for an in-store purchase. Not sure what I am supposed to do with that.. Terrible business.

Where do I start?! Horrible service, No care for their customers, poor product quality which keeps getting worse, insane shipping charges even for their prestige customers, same size panties fit differently on. Officially crossing them off my list after 10+ years of loyalty to the brand. Disappointed all around!

I've noticed that La Senza's panty sizes are changing. I've compared underwear in the same styles and stuff that used to be a 'small' is now a La Senza 'large'. This is infuriating to me as I went in to try and buy their 3$ panties (sale stuff and pretty much the only time I buy underwear) and was having sooooo much trouble finding panties to fit my bottom (and I'm only about a size 6-8 so this shouldn't be too hard), I even got one of the staff to measure me and it came up as 'small' in their sizing chart...nothing but barely the 'large' would fit me. Sorry but like??? I understand bra sizes maybe not being perfect or whatever but underwear isn't that complicated, there's only really 2 areas of measurement to fit (the band and crotch length) so why is it that they only sell sizes for people size 6 and below? Not to mention the 'large' bin had underwear that was cut improperly and made out of cheap fabric to the point where you could see lines of fabric peeling off. This brand is NOT inclusive at all not even inclusive of REGULAR sized people, perhaps this would be acceptable if you sold really high quality stuff, but some of it is literally falling apart in store. La Senza, if you want to sell childrens panties then do that, but don't pass it off as 'womens' underwear in a world where the average is a size 14 and you don't even sell underwear or bras for a size 8. Also, where's your quality check??? Why, if your sizing has changed, have you not told stores and staff? To me that seems shady, like you're counting on people to buy things without trying it on assuming that their regular size will be the same size in La Senza (like most stores), and then scraping up a bit more extra profit from using less already shi**y fabric and cheap labor. It's sad when WALMART sells better panties and underwear than you now.
