I'd never heard of Landy's chemist before ordering, and the website mysteriously doesn't have their address on, which I think always looks dodgy, but they showed up on Google maps with good reviews, and located on Finchley road, where many years ago I used to work, so I took a punt. Great selection of products, fast delivery and very reasonable p+p ie none over £15, so I heartily recommend them.

I ordered a toothpaste advertised as 100g, but Landys Chemist sent me the 75g version instead. They blamed an outdated website, even though my order confirmation also showed 100g. They agreed to a return, but only offered a label and expected me to post it back myself — very inconvenient as I am a registered disabled person.
Overall, a disappointing experience and I won’t be buying from them again.

Had a problem with the website for a couple of days. I couldn't access my account and couldn't locate what I wanted even though I had ordered the same previously. I sent an email about this but didn't receive an answer. On the third day I managed to place my order which took a long time.
My order arrived in reasonable time and I am very happy with it. Landy's prices are good and they stock many good products. I would have given five stars apart from the problems with the website and not getting help.
