So, this review is boosted from a 3 star to a 4 star due to the tech guy, Raymond. He was so professional and did such an amazing job it was unbelievable.

Had a full set of tires for my Tesla model 3 booked for Wednesday 8th July, fist phone call was at half 9 in the morning, “sorry to say that we have not received your tires but here’s an alternative that we can fit today”. Ok I thought as they were the same brand. Half 10, another call, “sorry but we do not have stock of that tire we told you we had an hour ago but we can get them and fit them tomorrow”. Ok i thought and came to an agreement that Friday would be best due to work commitments.

Friday came and a phone call at 6:30pm “sorry there’s be an issue with the technician”. At this point I’m thinking I should have just gone else where but agreed that Saturday is doable but if not I’m out.

Saturday came and………….had a txt message at half 4 “this is Raymond from Kwik fit, I’m on my way”. Guy showed up and within 40 minutes he was done. Did everything by the book and explained everything that he would be doing right down to how he would jack the car up as it’s an EV.

All wheel nuts put on and threaded by hand before securing to the correct torque and every single tire inflated to bang on the correct psi. And it was 30 degrees on the drive to.

I have used kwik fit services in the past and despite this time delaying issue I will continue to use them as not everything goes according to plan sometimes.

I called in to Kwik Fit Aylesbury on a sweltering hot Saturday afternoon 11 June. I was not booked in. I was worried that something under my car was dragging on the road, which I thought was the drivers side mudflap. Whilst they initially explained this is not the sort of job they normally do nor can they easily bill me for - within less than one hour Thomas had showed me under my car up on a ramp that the main problem was the undertray hanging down, he had secured it back up, he also secured the mudflap up as I asked. I paid £20 cash for all this. I am VERY pleased with this quick efficient service. HUGE THANKS to Thomas at Kwik Fit Aylesbury.

Tyres were fitted on the date requested, price was very competitive. I was kept fully updated as to when the fitter would arrive. Thoroughly recommended.

There were a couple of expensive surprise faults that, not only failed my MOT, but weren’t listed as advisories during the last MOT: For example, the extensive corrosion on the sub-frame causing a hole doesn’t happen overnight, so that was an out of the blue surprise. Still trying to find a garage to fix that and have no transport to get to and from work…

Nail in tyre so pressure down. Drove to nearest outlet Chester-le-Street.

Very busy place but very helpful. Gave time to return 3 hours later. Punctual in doing the work needed. Fair price for replacement tyre. All tyre pressures checked before leaving.

Guys polite and pleasant

Guy who came round to fit the tyre was excellent. What was not good was confusion around when he was coming! I was called to say that the original appointment of Friday was not possible and could it be moved to Saturday. New appointment was provided for Saturday. Received a text on Friday to say that the fitter would be arriving in an hour. Luckily I was in as he turned up. I’d been told it wasn’t until Saturday!

Bryn at your Newport (South Wales) branch and the team were working really hard in the heat today making sure people got great service.

I got 2 tyres fitted Portobello branch they lasted 9 months kept deflating TPMS on 3 times approached branch manager Lee very tunnel visioned kept saying my alignment-went Halfords the fitter took both tyres off told me both tyres had been not fitted correctly - he showed the alloy wheel had not been brushed as had 2 layers of old different adhesives he said have you had leaking tyres I said yes I have he said that’s a disgrace how kwik fit have fitted them they have basically thrown them on no care for the wheel cleaning the old adhesive off leads to poor performance outer shoulder of both tyres went bald and other 80% full tread - the kwik fit fitting took just under 15 mins in fact it was about 12 mins - the Halfords man James took nearly 50 mins and called me over to show me kwik fit Portibello botch job his words - I call the kwik fit customer service help line I take pictures of the wheels inside bead showing all the old adhesives and explain kwik fit have ignored me for 6 weeks after following protocol filling out online portal complaints form. Lee then called me from Portobello branch and again was tunnel vision refused to accept my photographic evidence - ignored Halfords report in fact down played them saying they are not worth listening or something similar. So he just kept saying over and over your alignment even though my E class Mercedes just passed MOT no advisory just before kwik fit tyres fitting. LEE WAS VERY OBSTINATE and it was like speaking with a robot. I urge people please stay away from the branch the workmanship is sub standard and ultimately could have killed me as I was on motorway when my TPMS signalled.

Appointment booking seamless on the web, engineer arrived at said time with timely updates. He was fabulous, all done in 15 mins!

One tyre was left very low, I had to reinflate it properly. Was 1.9 should have been 2.3. locking wheel nut put somewhere and took 2 days to find it. No info as to where it had been left

We arrived at Kwik-Fit panicking, stressed and with a flat tyre. We needed to get to Birmingham as soon as possible. The whole staff were great; friendly and welcoming. Alex in particular was great. He took the car straight away and started working on it. Alex kept us informed on what was happening…unfortunately it needed a new tyre. Alex got one sent over and fixed it with ease. Thank you so much! Was a star!

On Thursday the 9th July 2026, I had taking my car in, to kwik fit on saughton road Edinburgh, as my tyre kept going down, they put my car up onto the ramp, didn’t take the wheel off to take tyre of to investigate where the puncture was , instead the pumped the tyre up then done there usually checks on the rest of the tyres etc etc , then reversed my car out into there car park, the tall guy at the front desk told me they found a nail in the tyre, and they fixed the puncture , so I was driving up the road, after they said they fixed the puncture ,the warning lights came on on the Mazda cx30, saying tyres need checked and inflated, I got home parked car , then organised to go to a different Kwik fit this morning, they thoroughly checked my tyre, they confirmed 100% that the tyre has had no puncture repairs carried out on my car tyre, and that they found a dangerous side wall defect , that there was a small hole where the air was escaping , so they put a brand new tyre on the car , so the first kwik fit was very dishonest by telling me they repaired the tyre , when they didn’t touch it, thanks to to murrayfield kwik fit, for being honest with me , I could have been driving at 70mph, and had a blow out due to the side wall damage , and I’ve made a formal complaint against saughton kwik fit, one that I fully intend to expose , never experienced in my life such fraudulent and dishonest behaviour, please avoid the kwik fit at saughton Edinburgh, at all costs ..
