Not a very pleasant experience and I could not recommend them.
I had the kitchen cabinets painted by this company, they came 7 days before starting the process to remove all the cabinet doors and drawer frontages, so presumably they would be painting them all at the workshop over the following 10 days
I was told that they would require access a week later to do the project and that “ They would need to have access for five full days to complete the project. “
Well it didn’t quite work out that way, the workman was at the house for a total of 131/2 hours over three days (pretty much 41/2 hours each day)
Day 4 NOTHING, no message, no work done, so by 10:30 I called and was told NO WORK would be done in the house on thursday and friday AND that they would need to come back the next week to install the doors! Needless to say NOBODY bothered to inform me.
At very start and on 3 other ocassions I had told them I would not be available the following week but clearly THEY IGNORED this and he was inflexible about the time he would come the FOLLOWING WEEK.
In the process of preparing the cabinets the workman broke a curtain fixture but the owner told me “That was my fault as the part was old and brittle.” So whereas I would expect any company to make good any damage they caused in my home, that does not seem to be the case with this company.
Communication was bad and I would say customer service is NOT a strong point with this company.
The final job looks OK although I was surprised how little time was spent on the final layers of paint( surrounds for 30 cabinet doors and 13 drawers took less than 4 hours) Sadly I was not here so I have no idea how many coats went on but with drying time it seemed quick to me) I guess I will find out over the next few months. Some areas certainly need touching up and 2 doors are quite crooked and they were not before the job was done.
