Bought a saree from this site and the experience was good. Product quality was decent and the order delivery was on time.

Extremely disappointing experience! And very bad Customer Service! Please be aware!!
Don't ever order if you are looking for any prompt, Urgent delivery and smooth customer experience! Don't fall into the trap of their discounts and advertisements. It's highly untrustworthy.

I ordered on 28th September though online portal. As per portal information it gets shipped after 2-3 day. There was no response after that. [This shows unreliability and hence, not-trustworthy]

On 3rd October, After I contacted them, one customer executive said, there is problem with the warehouse and all the products were lost. I failed to understand that, how the brand like Koski aren't carefull with the shifting/products-if this excuse is true! Also, why the product is still available on the website when Actually its been lost???? [This shows careless behaviour] The Rude Customer Executive said it will be restocked after 15-20 days. I thought, I will wait.
Again on 20th October, I contacted them about the status. (In all this process, I was the only one who was contacted them, as they never bothered to contact me when its fault from their side!). This time also, they gave the same robotic answer. 'The product will be back from 15-20 day. Again?? Also, the customer executives were unable to give the exact delivery date. They were just bluffing with the same answers without actually taking effort to enquire. In this scenario, I think, they could have easily fast-track the process and get the order done. But there was no response.
Again on 28th October, 'When I contacted them' they said the product will be back after another 15-20 days and we can't give you the assured date. Again same answers, No change ! . [This shows high level unprofessionalism and careless attitude towards customers]. There was not a single effort to update about the order/fast-tracking the process.
Again on 4th November, 'When I contacted them', They said that, the Order is cancelled. Why I never got any intimation on app or from customer executives??Why I got to know that, after I contacted them? [This shows that, you CAN NOT trust them and they don't care about you after taking your money]. Again I only had to enquire about the refund process as it's my hard-earned money!
I'm writing this review to make others aware of my experience although I'm sure that, the same customer executive will reply saying 'We are sorry for this experience and all that!' and keep on doing the same to other 'valuable' customers!

Had the worst experience with the store. They took more than 3.5 months to give my outfit while the promised delivery was around a month. It was one of my wedding outfits and yet this wasn't taken seriously even after constant calls and messages they simply ignored. After repeated follow ups the delivery happened that too when I gave up and asked to send the outfit in whatever condition it was. The store manager in Delhi South Ex store, Shubham Kumar is the most rude guy I've ever encountered.
Never buy outfit from Koskii especially if it is for your big day or any special or important occasion of yours

Send very cheap quality products - cloth looks old and worn. No quality and credibility in returns. Asks customers to return w/ their own money (instead of providing prepaid lable) even if it is within timeframe. Basically, a fraud place - avoid buying stuff from Koskii.

They sent torn saree mended with rough stitches....

Ordered 3 saris from Koskii, they all are beautiful. It's exactly as shown in photo.
It wasn't even a fortnight before the saris arrived.
I am extremely happy and will buy more in future.

The saree I ordered for a wedding this weekend never arrived. I contacted the company multiple times, and they were unhelpful and would not give me a direct answer as to why it was delayed and whether it would arrive before the event.

After reading the reviews, I was super skeptical about ordering from here. The pieces look beautiful online but how could they be so reasonably priced? Let me tell you, they came out just as beautiful as the pictures. Customer service was very responsive and shipping was efficient. I was worried about ordering something from India to the US but it was super seamless. Highly recommend.

I placed an order to have one of their unstitched fabrics made to a standard size and paid extra for that, which they offer on their website. It said shipping would take at least 7 days. After 10 days with no updates after the confirmation email I reached out and asked the status of my order. They told me they can't make it in standard sizes because it would spoil the fabric (???) and they sent a form to do custom fit so they can start the order. Which means they were doing absolutely nothing these 10 days, they did not reach out to tell me that standard sizing can't be done, I had to do to reach out first. And if standard sizes would "spoil the product" why is it an option to begin with it? How does that even make any sense? Meanwhile others online retailers do. Does that mean your workers can't follow simple measurements? The standard sizes show what the bust, waist, and hip measurements would be. If they can't do something as simple as that how can I trust custom fitting? Absolutely ridiculous and requested to have my order cancelled. You're better off shopping elsewhere that will actually do what they offer and fulfill your request of standard sizes.

Pathetic Quality and no ownership
I bought 3 Saris from Koski for my daughter's marriage, and 2 turned out to be defective. In one ZARI turned black in 3 months and in another the embroidery threads came out.
I feel like cheated having drained approximately 17k of my hard earned money.
On visiting the Store to raise the complaint, their fully unprofessional staff made all the stories and excuses so that they don't have to replace their defective Saris and says-
-AAP KO DEKH KE LENI CHAHIYE THI
&
PEHANANE YA FALL LAGNE KE BAAD VAPIS NAHI HOTI
&
AAPKE PAAS INVOICE NAHI HAI( and the Sari tag having all the information was not goof enough for them and they couldn't find the invoice). Another excuse was that invoice gets deleted in system after 3 months.( It's another excuse that a GST invoice getting deleted and makes them fully non compliant to Govt. regulations or else it was an escape route to avoid the replacement.
I returned back cheated after wasting my one hour to convince them.

Customer service is not responsive at all. I ordered an international shipment. I had questions before placing the order, they felt super nice. After placing the order, it's over six days and I reached out on multiple platforms - no response. Hate such businesses. Zero stars.

Koskii is one of the worst shopping experiences ever. Their salespeople are rude and body shame . They don’t show you their collection and kind of discourage you to buy from them . That’s kind of outrageous. I would honestly encourage to not buy from them , rather go to the other local shops for a genuinely good experience

Good stuff service very helpful and dress collection was very nice and fabric also good..... ;!!!

I had purchased 3 dress material's from them ,but as I was not happy with the material so requested a return.They arranged for a pick up through Delhivery courier service,the courier person clicked the products to be returned and picked up the materials.But once it reached the warehouse of Koskii they tell me that they received only 2 materials and returned only refunded 2 materials amt.I spoke to the company, and the Courier person but it's of no use.Never ever buy from there online site,they are a big fraud company.Horrible experience.

Very bad. No where mentioned in return policy that you can exchange only once. If you don’t like the exchanged suit you have to keep it.... very disappointing. I wasted 4500 INR this ways.
