Terrible service
Ordered a pair of boots with premium delivery.
Conformation was received but no delivery date, waited a few days before emailing to see when they would be delivered to receive an email saying they were no longer in stock due to a “system error” and a refund would be issued in the next 5 dsys.
Total lack of customer service and communication.
Would not recommend or use their shop again.
Terrible customer service. Having waited 10 days for my order to be despatched I have now contacted customer service twice to cancel the order. No response. Avoid this retailer
Bought a Kong ball and my son's pit had it broke open within minutes.

My partner used her lunch break today at work to collect a pair of shoes I ordered in store on Sunday for a collection Tuesday scheduled by a member of the team.
Upon collection my partner got told the shoes weren’t available due to a miss communication between Leamington store and the Coventry store. They got sold yesterday after already placing my order on Sunday. I got offered a refund however I don’t believe this is quite enough in return.
I’m really disappointed about this. It’s wasted my partners time today and my own time after a poorly organised transaction.
Gutted to write this as I actually think the store is top quality , the staff are very welcoming. And I enjoyed my experience shopping on the Sunday.
I bought my miniature Daschund a Kong toy on 29 Sept 2022, within 10 minutes it had come apart.....I sent photos of copy receipt and item to Kong UK on same date and had no response whatsoever. Very poor quality toy and even worse customer service.

It seems this business sells items that aren’t actually in stock. I placed an order and had to chase them on what was going on. I received no reply until a cancellation notice came through five days after I placed my order. There was a very vague explanation about not having enough stock. I would strongly advise against ordering anything from this shady business.
