Love the light frame I can hold with one hand. The buttons are very useful. Don't miss the accidental page turns I used to have. I liked my Aura One size but the Libra is winning me over. The color aspect is pleasant but not essential, great for highlights.
Slim, easy to hold & change buttons. Color looks great & stylus comes with it. I especially love that i can link my library account and borrow ebooks from my library & quickly send them straight to my kobo.
Really happy with this product!
I was excited to purchase the Kobo after Kindle started to block downloads to older models. The buttons to turn pages and file transfer capabilities were great to see. However, the screen was noticeably grainy and dimmer when compared to a kindle. I would like to support alternatives to kindle but at the high price point I’d like to see better screen quality.
Love the Libra
Book cover images are grainy and washed out. Text is nearly unreadable no matter what settings I apply. Looks like gray text on a light gray screen. I spent ~$400 between the Kobo, Pen, and case. Not worth half that. I would not recommend this product.
Works fine
had to get a replacement after my previous one did not start up anymore and was past warranty.got another Libra thinking it would fit the previous sleep cover, it's just slightly different in size so that it slides out of cover
Easy to order. Fast delivery.
Although I do really enjoy the Kobo and Kobo Plus. I expected more after all the great reviews. The battery life is no where near what is stated. Even with the brightness down. The flicker of the screen during page turns or books searches is more intense than I expected even from seeing reviews. Also tons of problems with setting, including time and date. The quality is great and it feels good in your hand, The integration with Overdrive is amazing and I have been extremely impressed with the amount of translated work available on Kobo plus. There are so many positives, but the battery life is a huge negative for me as a heavy reader and the flicking getting annoying.
My daughter loved it.
Buggy at times but overall incredibly reliable.
Positives - Amazing battery life and very sturdy... Negatives - Organising and cataloguing is difficult.
Zeer goed.
Easy to use and good.
Don’t buy!
Kobo libra color has been a great device, I left my kindle for it and I don’t regret it.
