I originally ordered the wrong lamp and sent an email to see if the lamp I required was available in a warm white.I got a quick response and the lamp was changed with no problem,lamp has arrived and is excellent value for money.

kitchen plinth lights
Some of my kitchen plinth lights had gone, spoke to Klightsupplies and they sold them individually which is great.

Communication. What's communication 🤔
The order was placed with an expected delivery timescale. Then nothing. Checking the site to find my order (checked out as a guest) wasn't easy. Eventually I got in and found it hadn't been dispatched. They'd not been in touch to explain any delays. The first I heard was a notification to say it had been dispatched, then I received an email to say there had been a courier delay. By this stage I'd gathered. Delivery isn't free, so no excuses there for the poor service. Couriers have issues, I understand. But that doesn't prevent keeping customers informed.

We understand your frustration and although courier delays are unavoidable we should have kept you informed earlier (didn't help it happened late on a Friday afternoon) but we pride ourselves on service and know this isn't acceptable.
