We used KK Catering for a company event on 18th July in Leek and we hired the pizza van service. The two men who showed up, Terry and Mike, were the nicest people we could have asked for to supply food at the event. No ask was too much for them and the food was fantastic. Everyone who attended the event had a great time and loved the food. I would absolutely recommend these guys to anyone thinking about hiring a food van. Top marks :)

Rick and Scott did an amazing job catering for over 120 of us, in the middle of a campsite! Every single person on our pitch loved the burgers and fries they cooked! Would absolutely recommend! Thanks Rick and Scott!

Wow , what can I say ...had the fish and chip menu for my party on Friday...it was gorgeous, everyone enjoyed it so much , Micheal and Terry made sure everything ran smoothly and where so professional. Need to have another party with you guys soon. Thankyou so much Lou

Rick and Pete were great. Well organised, arrived in plenty of time, and Greek food was epic. Lots of options for all, kebabs were delicious.
Excellent communication when booking and in the run up to the event.

Initial contact with this company was good - it was easy to book and the emails were flying. We had dietary requirements for people during our event that was very clearly noted in our booking but when the food truck arrived they had no clue about this so we were left without food for some of our guests. I had to call the office twice to try and get this matter resolved - no-one had the courtesy to call me back despite the error not being ours. I was asked to put my complaint in writing and was told on 17.05 I would receive feedback after further investigation. I am still waiting. Office staff were certainly very vocal when they were making sure our invoice was paid! I would not recommend this company for any special event as your guests may well end up hungry or worse still allergy advice not being followed so be warned!!! Customer service is seriously lacking here. Its a shame as the lads who served us were great.

Arrived in good time and very friendly and helpful. Fish and chips were good, especially nice chips! Ice creams were lovely and we think a good company to deal with, especially as the did a one off gluten free portion at short notice.

Can you give a minus 5 stars? We organised a works event to reward our employees, who work a 12 hour shift, therefore, this is a real treat. We paid up front £10 pp without a drink and this business served FROZEN fish and bagged chips. It was tasteless, greasy, over cooked and quite frankly awful. Understandable we have had lots of complaints, they are still on site, so i expect more by tomorrow.

KK Catering DOES NOT serve a good traditional fish 'n' chips avoid at all cost! You should be ashamed of yourself to charge so much money and serve frozen pre prepared fish. A JOKE!!

We had a pizza van, it was THE perfect thing for our wedding! They were on time, they were such lovely people and the pizzas were DELICIOUS! Tasty, fresh and plenty of options! Everyone loved them! Very happy guests! Thankyou so much!

They were on time and friendly. The food was served fresh and was super tasty! We had so many compliments on the food and about how nice the food and service was! For the price you pay you really get your monies worth

Absolutely fantastic food! The customer service was outstanding as were the two chefs and servers on the night. I cannot recommend highly enough and all our guests are raving about the food too.

we hire kk catering at JJS RAILS to provide breakfast for are office for 100pp the staff went beyond and above with the serving no waiting around very friendly and polite ,
everyone enjoyed there food and highly rate these ,

Took my booking and payment in full, then replied the next day and said they couldn’t do the time slot (that they had quoted for!)
Waste of time and now waiting to my money back so I can book elsewhere.

We hired the services of KK Catering to provided the food for my 60th birthday party in mid January, having 100 servings from the new street food menu.
KK Catering provided a completely professional service from the outset. The caterers (Neil & Fred) arrived early to setup without any fuss and as a result I really had a worry-free evening and the food was exceptional. I would completely recommend KK Caterings services and would definitely use them again in the future.

We hired a fish and chip van for our Wedding in November. The food was absolutely amazing. Guests were able to have a choice at the counter and everyone commented on the great taste. The two gentleman who were cooking and serving were friendly, polite, had excellent customer service skills and added to our special day. The van was clean and presentable, servers wearing aprons etc. everything went perfectly with set up and timings. I had changed the date and the amount of guests due to covid and budget and I made several changes- all of which KK Catering were happy to accommodate and always came back to me in a timely and professional manner. We were over the moon with the service we received.
