I ordered an ‘express’ kitchen just before lockdown and just missed out on a delivery slot. I was telephoned by Alex who was very apologetic even though it wasn’t Kitchen Collections fault. I subsequently changed my mind on which kitchen I wanted and poor Alex has spent quite a lot of his lockdown time answering my queries, helping me re-arrange quotes and since re-opening chasing up delivery of my order. Throughout he has been polite, helpful and prompt in replying to my numerous emails. The cabinets are sturdy and well made, the worktop as expected. I’m still waiting on the door fronts; Alex, of course is ‘on the case’. If you want good old fashioned customer service ask for Alex. You won’t get better.

I was hesitant about ordering from an unknown supplier even though they have an impressive website, but that is just a front. I made a big mistake. I did order. TRUST ME. Their attitude is not worth the few £ saved.
On the initial phone call, I was told they had been in business for 30 years [in truth the name maybe 30 years old!] and also trade as Appliance Source.
After my experience and after reading Trustpilot reviews I am surprised anyone orders.
So…..
1. If you want to buy an expensive appliance and not have it delivered.
2. If you want the supplier’s courier claiming you have signed for it at your front door, when you have not and have waited in all day.
3. If you want your 2 emails and 3 phone calls ignored.
4. If you want to be responsible for finding out where your expensive order is.
5. If you then want to be verbally insulted by email after they have taken your money and accused having a “conspiratory theory” [by employee Steve]
6. If you want a store that expects you to deal with the delivery courier FedEx [an appalling courier] to establish which address they delivered to and who signed for your £600 appliance..
7. If you want to be responsible for your own delivery & totally left trying to find where FedEx the courier left your order and repeatedly phone and email them.
8. If you want the worst Customer Care after you have ordered.

This is the store for you.
But best AVOID and read other reviews on Trustpilot, they nearly all say the same!
If you expect manners and a professional approach you will not get it from Appliance Source ONCE you have ordered Do not whatever you do even have a second thought about ordering. AVOID
PS. Whoever you order from do check courier is not FedEx as they dumped a £600 appliance on its side in the open in the rain nowhere near the door for 2 days & nobody signed for it.
So three companies to add to your Blacklist. Appliance Source, Kitchen Collection and FedEx! The worst ever

Very easy to use website with a great range of kitchens. Cory was very helpful when I had any questions and sorted out a small problem with one of my units. The kitchen looks fantastic and the prices were great, I would highly recommend using them.

From our first visit to the showroom Cory and Alex were extremely helpful, knowledgable about the kitchen products we enquired about and very quick to find answers if they could not give them immediately.
It was delightful to be able to ask questions, plan and adapt our order with no hint of pressure selling or being rushed.
Once our order was placed, delivery (to the Isle if Wight) was on time and practically perfect - the few small problems eg a scratched door front (in spite of excellent packing of all products) were very quickly replaced.
Once we started fitting our kitchen we had a few queries/change of plan/need of extra accessories. Alex and Cory were always quick to sort the issues for us in a friendly and professional manor.
I would recommend Kitchen Collections to anyone thinking of fitting a new kitchen AND the cost of Kitchen Collection units were far better value than other supply only kitchen providers that we originally researched for our new kitchen.

Kitchen collection was reccomended to us by two friends who used them.Once we had got our heads around how they work we have been really pleased. A breath of fresh air to deal with.The guys in the showroom always happy to give a balanced view on things with no hard sell .The end result is a beautiful kitchen that actually came out well under budget .

I am extreamly pleased with the products and service i have received from Kitchen Collection and had great advice from Cory and Alex before ordering .We have sent some pictures through of the finished (nearly) kitchen also very please with sister company Appliance Source where we bought the appliances .

We are delighted with our Otto kitchen units. They are sturdy and beautifully made. Our fitter has already recommended you to other clients as he's impressed with the quality. The whole process of ordering from you has been very smooth and I'm grateful for all your help throughout.

Overall I am disappointed with the quality of the kitchen units I received. I placed my order with Kitchen Collection because I was recommended by a friend who previously bought from them and said the quality was good. The website states that "At Kitchen Collection exceptional quality comes as standard." This has not been my experience.
It's a nice style and colour kitchen and on the plus side they were good initially in responding to my complaints and organising to replace damaged goods without quibble. However, I have been surprised and disappointed by the level of damaged goods delivered. A third of the units/panels I ordered were damaged. Some of these were minor damage but 2 units units were badly damaged and unusable, one of which I am still waiting for a replacement a month later.
My problems were compounded on two occasions when replacement parts arrived and were the wrong size or type.
This has had a big knock on effect as the works are otherwise completed and I have had to re-book my kitchen fitters to come back which has cost me extra and was money wasted. I will have to pay them again when I do get the final replacements.
It's a month later, I am still waiting for two replacements for damage, but I have no date or idea of when they will arrive and I have an unresolved issue of a drawer that doesn't fully shut that I have been told is "adjustable" but isn't.

Bought a penterworth in frame oak kitchen. Saved at least £8000 thousand cutting out middle-men. Beautiful kitchen. Delivered exactly as organised. Could not have gone better. Cheers!

We visited the showroom before ordering as the prices seemed to good to be true but the quality was very immpresive - staff really helpful and Phil the delivery driver was cheerful and went out of his way to be helpful.

Good quality units excellant service and prompt delivery.Cory was particularily helpful always helping with my questiins in detail- so big thanks to him !!!

We have bought two kitchens from Kitchen Collection now.The same high standard and amazing price on both occasions.Very helpful delivery driver well packaged no damages.Easy to fit my son helped me to lift the units in place and adjust the legs then granite templated and fitted.The builder who built the extention where the kitchen is was impressed at the price and quality and i think you will be hearing from him in the near future.Thanks for all your help.

Very impressed with the service its always a worry when you order on the internet that the company is going to be reliable but everything went to plan .All in all i am very pleased and have recommended to friends .

We live in Colchester and visited your showroom yesterday(Friday).It was certainly worth the trip! We are very pleased with the kitchen, the quality of the units is great and the pricing very competitive. There were one or two quality control issues like shelves missing but these were fixed quickly.

Being able to order the white goods, taps and sink from the website was helpful and pricing good.

It's important to have a design and know what you need but if you need to order extras that's not a problem. Our kitchen Fitter was pleased with the ease of the fitting.

The team who fitted our worktops were great. They were efficient, professional and organised and very nice people, who came in a got on with the job and sorted problems without a fuss.

I certainly feel we have a bespoke kitchen at a fraction of the price.

We asked them to double check our layout before ordering - just as well as we had made a few mistakes all in all very helpful.The delivery was longer than we wanted but the kitchen was so solid it was worth the wait.
