I have ordered a sink with accessories. Sink arrived promptly but without accessories which are worth nearly £100. I have not opened the box immediately as the kitchen wasn't ready for fitting yet.... Mehr ansehen

Recently purchased a smiths plinth heater, customer service from this company excellent, delivered on time, well packaged, and works perfectly.
I would have no hesitation purchasing from this company in the future fully reccomend.

Delivery issues.
Incoherent message left day before, garbled, unable to make out phone number so couldn't contact deliverers except through appliance centre. KAC told me they were coming but would call first. They didn't. Thankfully have understanding neighbours who took in the 3600mm long package for me.

Excellent service
I ordered a hydronic plinth heater and mistakenly selected the wrong PayPal payment method which was going to result in a lengthy delay while funds cleared. I called them and they resolved this for me quickly and also sent out the item next day at no cost to me as we were in need of the heater arriving quickly.
Very professional and excellent service.

I had received helpful advice from KAC prior to ordering some Mistral worktops. Delivery was bang on time and the team delivering the worktops very helpful. And the company kept to their price promise. Thoroughly recommended.
