I have been looking for a pearl anklet for some time and came across Kiri and Belle on an internet search. I was so pleased to see that they offered different sizes as I had tried to buy from other companies before but all the offerings were too tight. My anklet arrived within 3 days and is absolutely perfect. The package contained a lovely handwritten note, my anklet in a smart pouch and care instructions including a polishing cloth. I couldn't be happier with my purchase.

Ordered some bridal earrings for my wife to be and she's loved them, all arrived in great time.

I ordered these for my mum who was very pleased with the earrings and the package they arrived in. She liked the note attached, at 82 she likes the personal touch.

A disappointing experience. Poor quality item, flimsy and looks cheap. I’d expect more for the price. Customer services efficient in replying but didn’t resolve the issue and unwilling to replace the item or refund. Will not buy from them again and would not recommend.
