The procedure itself was quick and efficient

However I had emailed several days before asking was there a preference on what to wear
I was told something comfortable
I showed up and was told I should have worn a vest and as a result had to change into a gown a gown that had to remain open at the procedure was on my shoulder
I then had to sit in this gown which was open in a chair in a hallway with three other men there
I felt so uncomfortable with this and thought that this was poor especially given I had enquired if there was a preference to what I wore before hand
I raised this with the nurse and she said ‘Wk the receptionist don’t really know the ins and outs’ I don’t think this is acceptable given the five star that you have

I have used kingsbridge over the last 2 years and all the staff and doctors have been amazing.

Dr Kerr is exceptional. Personable, interactive, professional and highly competent.

From start to finish the overall experience was very personal and professional. The staff were proficient and friendly, which made me feel at ease front the start.
There was a genuine sequence of preparation/treatment resulting in a good transition from arrival to operation completion.

Easy place to attend and appointment on time.

I had a positive experience with David McCaul during my daughter’s appointment. He was kind, patient and took time to listen carefully to our concerns. He explained everything clearly and answered all our questions and was very reassuring. I would highly recommend Dr Mc Caul.

I was taken 'on time' for my appointment. The Consultant explained the Laser process to me.

Excellent service ref my actual appointment and procedure but very disappointed that my stay in the car park resulted in my having to pay £9.00, I think this should be free when as a private patient one is already paying Kingsbridge Hospital.

My overall experience was a mixed bag. The tests carried out were comprehensive however there was no real conclusion to the original problem. I left not really any further forward than when I first went.

Side note…. Pressures on services are immense now however I feel clinicians need to remember to see those in front of them as people not just a patient.

I found the staff very pleasant and helpful, surroundings were very welcoming. I was a little confused on arrival as to where I was to go but asked a staff member who directed me to the right place. Overall a good experience.

Friendly staff.
You are only allocated a 15 minute slot and when the consultant is running late i noticed some patients were only getting 5 minutes. This time slot is too short and the consultation feels rushed compared to the longer more relaxed appointments ive had in England.

I had surgery for Dupuytren's contracture. My first surgery on my right hand was in February 26 and my left hand surgery was May 26.

The theatre procedure and the before and aftercare at Kinsgbridge were wonderful with very professional and friendly staff. My surgeon was Ms Wilson and all I can say is that she is just a brilliant surgeon and very caring person.

I'd also like to thank Ms Wilson, Rebecca who removed my stitches each time and also Gertie who is a whizz at physiotherapy.

I am absolutely thrilled with the results and now have full use of all my fingers once again. (Just nighttime splints for a little while longer.)

I would have no hesitation in recommending Kingsbridge Private Hospital to anyone.

The experience with Kingsbridge has been fantastic from the interactions with the administrative team to the medical teams. Everyone has been wonderful to deal with and I would have no hesitation to recommend to others. My consultant, Mr Machani has been amazing and I cannot thank him enough.

Review went very well, the Dr Edwards examined my eye and pronounced all was well. Pleasant experience, staff very friendly and surroundings first class.
