I have never had anything made for me before and I could not have been happier with the experience I had. Joe was so patient, kind and professional. I had no idea of the process and the multitude of different options available, but Joe explained things really calmly and was very patient with me. I was so happy with the final result I am definitely coming back and saving up for more suits!

King & Allen were a fabulous find for me. I am allergic to wool and to find a tailor who provide alternative materials and make suits that fit, was excellent. I have purchased on-line, so called made-to-measure suits, but they are been very poor. King & Allen have provided me with a made-to-measure suit that fits just how I like them, with my first suit being made from a Bamboo cloth. Please note this cloth is also Vegan friendly. I have since had a number of made-to-measure shirts, again fit perfectly. Currently I have another suit in process, this time made from a cloth which is from re-cycled plastic bottles. If you get a chance to see Jake Allen at their Surbiton shop, his knowledge and help, along with those final tweaks, make that suit fit you just how you want it.

I was really impressed by the whole experience of buying a new suit, with the final result exceeding expectations particularly regarding the quality of fabric and general fit.
Having been measured up the first fitting was essential in order to finalise the tailoring.
Joe Goad looked after my needs from day 1, gave great advice on style and fabric, and ensured there was clear communication throughout the whole process.

I have just picked up my suit from Joe Goad at King & Allen's Liverpool Street branch yesterday. I have to say it's been an excellent service to date and I would recommend it. Joe was very helpful throughout and I benefitted greatly from his expertise in picking cloth, lining, buttons and so on. There is a lot of choice of formats and he bore my inane questions with stoicism.

I bought a tailor made vegan tux for my wedding. It was everything I could have wished for and I am so happy that I went to King and Allen. On my wedding night, I received so many compliments about my suit. Highly recommended !!!

I have had two suits, including a black tie suit, several trousers and shirts tailored by King and Allen. All of them have been excellent, and perfectly tailored. Karl in the Wilmslow branch offers professional advice, and it has been a pleasure working with him.

I'm not even sure I could put into words how great my experiance was with King and Allen, but I'm going to try my best. From the first contact to the final product, I have been incredibly impressed. Joe Goad was a welcoming, friendly and very knowledgeable guy who straight away made me know I'd made the right decision by going to King and Allen. He helped me make the all important decisions about my suit without pressuring me, just offering his expertise. I'm not a person often lost for words but seeing my suit for the first time I truly was lost for words, its above and beyond anything I could have ever dreamed of. I cannot thank King and Allen enough, especially Joe who made my experiance a special one and helped create the most amazing suit, that's business in the front and party in the back with the most amazing lining!

I first met Karl in 2018 when I was looking to have a suit made for my wedding, being a woman it was rather difficult to find somewhere that offered this service. Karl was extremely helpful from the start, helping guide me on what would suit best. The suit was perfectly made & fit perfectly, it was worth going that extra mile to make sure it fit in all the right places.
