Kigurumi dostalam 2 dni od zamówienia. Jest w dobrym stanie, bo parę nitek jest wyciągniętych, ale nie jest to duży problem. Polecam tą stronę ;)

Nie dość że długo się czeka na wysyłkę to po tym jak odesłałam żeby wymienić na inny rozmiar to nie dostałam żadnego Maila czy dotarło czy coś z tym robią czy to wyślą.. dostałam maila dopiero od kuriera 3 h przed jego przyjazdem.. bardziej polecam allegro.. dostałam kigurumi z powyciaganymi nitkami. Sklep nie szanuje czasu klienta. Powinni wysyłać maila ze chociaż wysylaja wysyłkę a tu nic dopiero kurier informuje.. po prostu ręce opadają i nigdy nie zrobie zakupów w tym sklepie i każdemu odradzam.

Excellent customer service, quick in answering and kind. I have in the last few days bought an unicorn pijama. The size is fitting, quality of fabric is very good. Shipment via royalmail went ok: 5 days from the order to the receipt. I can suggest no doubt both the items and the company. Thanks from Italy.

J'ai fait un achat de 50 euros pour un anniversaire. Le souhaitant rapidement, j'ai payé 10 euros supplémentaires.
Inquiète de ne rien voir arriver à la date prévue, je me suis renseignée. Le produit n'était pas en stock. (Ils auraient dû me prévenir de leur propre initiative au moment de l'achat et m'épargner le prix fort pour l'envoi. )
J'ai fait une demande de remboursement. En vain. Rien!
Kigu étant à l'étranger, et uniquement sur internet je n'ai absolument aucun recours.

The order is a beautiful item and was quickly processed. I haven't recieved the order yet, as I just bought it this morning. Only one complaint.. Nobody seems to ever pick up the staff phone, and it would be really nice if gift style delivery was an option. i.e. without the invoice, maybe a custom note, and wrapped? Just a thought!

Saw this on big brother and wanted one straight away super quick delivery and the quality is amazing. Going to order more. They are fun to wear they look amazing

The website is ridiculously easy to navigate with a boatload of fantastic products. Delivery is quick and the second you put on your new kigu, it's like getting hugged by pure warmth and comfort.

I would recommend this company as they have a good choice of delivery options and they have a PayPal or card option. My only reservation is they are a little pricey but I would still use you again as they are ok if bought for a special occasion Kigu.

Kigu captures the part of childhood I have found difficult to keep active in my life. I purchased the giraffe costume for my 18 year old daughter because it capture the romance of her first three wonderful years. The monkey costume somehow capture my self image when I am sitting in a long and boring meeting.

As Explorer Scouts, we have been looking around for onesies for a while now that will make us stand out at camps and although the price of these was a little bit more than I wanted to pay it has been worth every penny.

From the ease of use of the website to delivery of the final product. The communication through delivery was fantastic, I knew to the hour when to expect them to arrive at my door and we couldn't wait to get into them.

One size certainly does fit all as myself at six foot and my teenage daughters, all were very happy with the fit and the quality of the garment is spot on.

Here's looking forward to many fun camps ahead where the monkey, giraffe and skeleton will be terrorizing the locals :0)

Excellent customer service! and incredibly fast delivery -orderd the hamster kigu by phone at about 11am, and it was in my hands by 10 am next day.

i really like these but after ordering i went on ebay and found the exact same for half the price - i was choked, you can imagine! still love the suits which i find cosy and comfy and just great fun - i ordered 3 so will be wearing them all year round! (just wish i'd noted the cheaper ones and i coulda got some more for the same price!)

I search the other website for a Kigs Giraffe to wear at an upcoming festival. It appeared to be sold out everywhere and then I found it here. I ordered it at lunch time (1st class delivery) and recieved it less than 24hrs later. Fantastic service!!! Highly recommend!

Ordered my Kigu on Monday, and received it on Thursday. Never expected it to arrive this fast. Also loving the Kigu itself. I've already gotten quite attached to it. This is my first Kigu, but I don't think it will be my last. Love love love love love it!

ordered it two days ago and here it is. it's SO SNUGGLY! i want to wear it for the rest of my life...i actually might. the Family have already nicknamed me Jolly Small, in reference to the giraffe in Old bear, Jolly Tall. i want all of them now so i can wear a different one each day. the dinosar looks good. just don't have the money for all of them as i am a student and broke.
