Spider man car seat
My son loves Spider-Man this is a great product and it fits in car space very well it’s easy to get in and out of car and also goes to a booster seat when he’s out grown the seat as it is five stars

Easy to use car seat
Ordered online, quick and easy and arrived much sooner than anticipated. Seat was easy to install although I’m not too keen on how the seatbelt hooks round. It is secure and comfortable and easy to use and adjust as needed. My daughter loves it!!

Poor customer service
All started well. All ordered online and paid for a Saturday delivery. Saturday comes round and 2 of the 4 items arrive with no notification or explanantion as to where the others are or when they are arriving. I chased the balance of the order to be told they will be delivered AM on the Wednesday. On the Wednesday, no delivery. I chased the courier again to be told Thursday. Nothing arrived then either. On the Friday i get one of the remaining 2 parcels and the box looked like it had spent a day in a kids play area. As a result,the product was damaged. Finally got the last item on the Saturday. We eventually got the replacement product for the damaged one on the Wednesday. All in all,it was a week and half late. During this time, I was left to chase the courier myself as Kiddicare customer services were in no rush to do anything to assist. I e-mailed Kiddicare customer services through all this and never received so much as an aknowledgement e-mail.
Today we finally got round to putting the cotbed together in preperation for our baby arriving very shortly and there are 2 scratchmarks on one of the frames. Plus the moses basket we purchased in store seperately has a hole in the lining.
All in all, this has not been a good experience at all and neither has Kiddicare customer services come out of this with much credit. We shall not be returning to Kiddicare online or instore anytime soon.

I like the products I bought was reusable nappies
I like the products I bought. But I am not happy that I drove 25-30 miles to my closest store to fine that they didn’t stock what I wanted. I went home empty handed and had to order it online. It would be nice to have a stock checker on stores for people who have to make special trips.
