I was really worried after reading some reviews but I gave them 10 working days (14 including weekends). The frame arrived and it was superb quality. Very easy to set up... YouTube helped.
Ignore the bad reviews... Most demonstrate no patience... Give them 14 days then complain. Please also remember to enter your email and mobile number. If you do this you get text and email updates about your order!! If you don't then you'll get no updates... Simples.
Well done to all at this company. A very smooth, painless transaction.

Goods not delivered and no contact
Having waited 10 working days for the fulfilment of my order and having received a dispatch note I have been told by parcel force that a third party - 3D framing kit ltd haven’t dispatched my order having tried to contact kickingtheballss via phone only to get a recorded message feels only to be told you’ll get a response within 48 hours isn’t great.
I have now received the e mail response within the specified timeframe and the goods arrived today thankfully these are as expected but a full week late!!
The lack of customer proactive contact about when goods will be delivered when they deviate from initial expectations is poor customer service at best and this only happened when I contacted them to complain.

I can indeed see you sent an email about 5 minutes before you left a negative review.
All emails are answered within 24-48 hours without exception so im afraid you simply did not give us any opportunity to respond.
You have suggested we are a scam company however your parcel was delivered today: parcelforce tracking number UE2919961.
So hopefully you have now come to a different conclusion and I sincerely hope you like your gerrard street sign display and many apologies it was delivered a few days late .

The delivery was later than ot said due to covid issues but I e-mailed them and a woman called Jo responded each time with advice of order and delivery. I was worth a little extra wait as they look great .

Terrible experience!
I placed an order with this company on the 12th of June. I have yet to receive my order. I was advised 10 working days for delivery. This is now the 18th working day and still nothing!! I have received tracking information advising my order should have been delivered on Monday of this week and again nothing! The tracking information advises ‘item not received’.
I have sent numerous emails over the last few days regarding this and have had no response as of yet!! And the telephone number on site is an automated message. I need information on where this is if someone would kindly get back to me!!!

Had a few issues with delivery due to…
Had a few issues with delivery due to the couriers not been able to find my address. Kickingtheballs were happy enough to resend my parcel twice after the original delivery. Quick with responses to emails. Very happy with the service.

Fantastic product & great customer service
Fantastic product. I can't fault the customer service responed to my emails really quickly and they even dispatched my item within a couple of days as it was a last minute gift.
From ordering to delivery was max of 4 working days.
Will definitely recommend kickingtheballs 👍

Lack of communication
Ordered a framed shirt over 10 working days ago and had zero contact from them despite the website quoting delivery between 5 and 10 working days. Emailed twice and had a very curt response that delivery will be next week, poor customer service

You state you have had no response from us and then state you received a curt email. Our emails are usually brief and to the point , namely because we have so many thousands to trawl through each day keeping customers informed. But that we do .
You ordered your product on the 8th june at 17.33. The same product as the previous Julie, a Leeds Champions 20 Display.
10 working days as per you order confirmation will be Tuesday 22nd June.
I am delighted to tell you your product will arrive on time and as advised on this day.

Great product, poor customer service
The product is GREAT, well packaged, good display - in fact everything I wanted for a gift. I would give 5 stars for the actual product.
Unfortunately, the customer service lets it down.
I received my gift after writing a less than favourable review on here, where I received a haughty reply from ‘Eric’. I then received emails to say my review wasn’t ‘worthy’ and I wasn’t a true buyer.
My issue was the lack of communication, I emailed and got nothing until I had reviewed on here.
As a web designer, I might advise to add a very simple email update after certain time delays.
I think most people just expect timely updates to their package.
This is really a great product, just very poor communication.

Had you done so you would have been informed that as per your order confirmation and our website, delivery is 10 working days . You placed your order on the 8th june at 15:08.
10 working days from this time is Tuesday 22nd. I can confirm your order will be delivered on this day, on time and as quoted as per our delivery confirmation.

Im glad the product arrived on time as per our published guidelines, we do reply to all emails , and there is no suggestion you are not a genuine customer, we hadn't suggested the review wasn't worthy (this must have come from trust pilot, but if trust pilot have said this im indeed inclined to agree.
We do no actively seek reviews on here as we are find people use it as a way to circumvent our email system. (ie a bad review gets a quick answer to a query.) This is not the case all emails are answered in order within 24 -48 hours as they arrive. Your email was received precisely 22 minutes before you left a negative review, not giving us any opportunity to respond to advise that your product was not late and it would be delivered on time.
Im pleased the product was worth the wait and im sorry we couldn't get this to you sooner than our quoted time but with inordinate volumes and spaced out staff (by that i mean distance) production is a touch slower than usual.
Good customer service is not about he who shouts loudest receives first, good customer service is balancing our resources and getting peoples product to them as near to our quoted delivery timescales as possible.

Fantastic product
Fantastic product. Ordered 3 frames, they came a few days late because of the material shortage but wasn’t a problem.
The videos on their website explains exactly how to frame the shirt from start to finish.
Very easy to frame and they supply the double sided tape and the eco friendly tape that will not damage the shirt.

Good Company, Great Product.
Good company to deal with whilst also providing a great quality product.
A problem with the delivery which was more my fault than theirs though quickly sorted out and delivered as planned.
