I have 'taken advantage' of two deals from KGB. The first was misrepresented - what some people might call fraudulent; the second, after 8 weeks, I have seen no sign of delivery. Their customer service is non-existent, I've emailed them over and over, they just don't bother to reply. And I regret to say, we're talking about quite a lot of money here.
Take it from me, learn from my pain, these people are to be avoided. If you don't believe me, look up how many others have suffered (yes, I know, I should've done my research first!). Oh, and be nice, tell your friends, too.

Hello I sent emails wanting a refund for a deal that i bought and they have not responded to my emails been over a month and 4 emails. do not use!!!!!
if anything goes wrong with your deal then this is what happens to you, I am now £110 down and very unhappy about my experience with KGB-deals. you cannot contact them by phone either.

My least friendly daily deal site - in fact I have stopped getting their emails. They do have good bargains but woe betide you if you have any problems; they have a strict "no refund after ten days" policy which means that if you buy a service, such as hair cut or manicure, and then run into problems and can't redeem it then you will not get a refund. I only get my shift pattern a month in advance and the hairdresser's i had the voucher for had bookings so far ahead it was impossible for me to get an appointment that i could make before the voucher expiry date.

money stuck b/w this company and the third party, the hassle of making a claim and calling the trading standers agency is killing me. lesson learned, pay more and get your peace of mind and if its looks too good to be true its probably a scam via a third party company after your money and card details

I have paid for 2 separate vouchers - but have received neither product
The first was for a tooth whitening stick where I was able to download the voucher and access the relevant website direct to confirm the order - but the pruduct has still not been delivered to me several weeks later
The second was a Swarvorski bracelet and earrings set - but I haven't even been able to download the voucher
I have emailed th customer support unit and received an email back to say I would receive a response within 2 working days - but nothing
I have tried to call them on countless occasions but there is always a recorded message saying they are busy dealing with other customer enquiries and to use the website - clearly there is intended to be no ability to speak to them direct
I still wish to proceed with the purchases - for which I have of coursed already paid - and trust KGB will have the decency to deal with my filed complaint

très mauvais deals aucun respect,le resto était minable et nous avons eté très mal reçus,le salon de thé pareil ,le panty minceur : impossible de le commander 20€ perdus! le resto de la mer !il est fermé jusqu'à la date de peremtion du bon 15€ perdus deals mensongers et mauvais!!

I paid £29 for a mkgadgets 8GB Nano Player(£80) and got the voucher code from them to buy this item.

When I entered the voucher code at mkgadgets site while purchasing the item, it did not recognise. I had to email the KGB Deals and was told to wait for 3 days.

I managed to use the voucher code after 3 days, and paid £5.95 for the delivery. The item arrived only after 2 weeks and there was no manual, was only a piece of paper with their website address to watch the tutorials, instead.

When I went to the website I was disappointed again to see the site is under maintenance, will be back after 3, 4 days.

I will never use this company again!!

Don't use. Ordered solar Christmas lights in November, didn't arrive. Managed to get my money back in January, when they still hadn't arrived by quoting their 100% satisfaction Guarantee, they weren't interest before that. Did chargeback to get postage back.

Book teeth whitening at White spa for my husband!!!! There is no Spa.
First appointment canceled 3 hours before treatment.
Rebooked my appointment for 4th of Feb.When my husband arrived there was no one there !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! as they dont work at the weekend.
Called customer service lady decide it to book me another appointment which I did not want any more.Waiting for my refund.
Shit KGB and shit deals.

Absolutely disgraceful service. Purchase an I-helicopter for a christmas gift, this product only lasted about 5 minutes, basically rubbish. Normal retail price apparantly £100 deal was for £29.99, which I thought was reasonable at the time. Quite honestly if they were giving these thing away free I wouldn't bother with one. Customer services dont seem to be interested, provided email contact for Digital Deals (The Merchant) emailed several times, no reply what so ever received not even an acknowledgement. Disgraceful. My advise would be stay away from this site.

I purchased a KGB voucher for teeth whitening at "White Spa" for £59.

I was dubious from previous KGB reviews but decided to give it a go as it's not a lot of money in comparison to what I have paid for teeth whitening (295£) before.

I tried to book my appointment for two days, and all I got from the phone numbers provided was either a dead line or constant ringing.

When I eventually got an appointment I was happy. As the date approached, I rang to confirm date and location of appointment as website and voucher had contradicting info as to where this "Spa" is.

No answer. For another three days! I emailed them and eventually they rang me (I think this was a bit of a fluke because they had actually called to change my date of appointment). The location varied from Mayfair to Camden to Trafalgar Square!

This is because White Spa is not a Spa of any sort....nor is it a clinic.... it is a rented out room in large buildings used by many various businesses.

When I got there, my appointment was at 10.30. I was still waiting at 11.45 and as the receptionist in the area we were told to wait in had nothing to do with White Spa she was none the wiser. I soon realised that the lady beside me had been waiting on her son who had a 9am appointment and wasn't seen until 10.50am. She was refused a refund and the lady who was providing the treatment was very unapologetic.

The treatment itself was ok - despite having another patient right beside me and in between times the "dental nurse" was shifting/organising other appointments via telephone. An hour or so later I was done and I was happy with the result - the lady told me I had improved to the whitest shade she had. I was instructed not to consume anything food/drink which was in any way coloured for 48 hours which I stuck to rigidly. I experienced ALOT of sensitivity for the next 36 hours..... and by the end of the 48hrs i couldn't see any difference anymore! The white effect lasted for one day maximum!

All in all what a bloody waste of time. I wanted to write this review as I tried to find reviews of this treatment prior to purchasing the voucher and couldn't find anything. If i had read this I wouldn't have bothered.

If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is! Will be saving for a proper dental professional treatment the next time!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I read so many reviews telling me not to use KGB Deals. I decided to ignore these and order through KGB Deals as it looked like a good deal. Biggest mistake of my life.
10 days after the money has left my account, i haven't been able to use the voucher they gave me. I'm £50 down and have no product and it's looking likely i'll never get this product. I have emailed KGB 4 times and every time got an automated response saying, Thank you for your interest in KGB, we'll answer your querry ASAP (Never happened).
I can't recommend enough that you don't use KGB. If they were the only company who had a pill to save my life, i'd take my chances elsewhere.

God a few things but paid for the not much of a quality products! Will stay away!
