I had to return a coat because the quality was poor and the fit was terrible.

It was signed for by the company on the 18/12/14 so I emailed NCrowd customer service who asked me for the tracking information so they could start the returns process and since then I have not received the refund and they have not responded to any of my emails.

I do not know what to do now since there is no telephone number to actually speak to somebody so if they continue to just ignore my emails then I will never get my refund.

I WOULD WARN EVERYBODY NOT TO BUY ANYTHING FROM NCROWD!!!!!!!!!!

Where to start.....

I bought a deal for a vampire facial costing £119.

I telephoned clinic to make an appointment for an initial consultation.
I was not prepared for the pushy sales person I encountered . This lady was a doctor and she was the rudest and most unpleasant person I think I have ever met. She told the deal was "rubbish" and KGB did not advertise the proper deal so I had to pay her an extra £130 to receive the vampire facial plus an extra £499 to see any real results.

The consultation went from bad to worse . She tried to sell me a tummy tuck, liposuction and teeth whitening...oh and a hair transplant ! Quite laughable really.

Clearly I didn't want to use my voucher so I emailed KGB informing them of my experience. They were not interested. They sent me a generic email stating their refund policy.

When I explained I had real concerns over this establishment and asked them to look into it they didn't reply.

Purchased what looked like a very swishy cape for my wife for Xmas and was horrified when it arrived in an unmarked package direct from China. I looks like something a child would wear for fancy dress and nothing like the picture on the KGB / Ncrowd site.

The item was called

Should have realised from the titles bad english it was from China.

No return address, no phone number, no emails answered......... I have spent hundreds with this company over the years and it looks to me like they are about to go bust looking at the complaints.

Have tried to purchase banana umbrella and jewellery organiser. Replies (when they arrive) are extremely unhelpful, offer tracking which doesn't exist and are totally confusing. Have purchased successfully from kgbdeals in the past, but will certainly not be using nCrowd in the future.

Bought a voucher for an Express Shellac Manicure and Pedicure through KGB (nCrowd) and the place cannot honor it as they have no available appointments despite the fact that I have been ringing for the past few weeks to make an appointment. They have also now decided that they will not honor the vouchers on saturdays during December (which was not in the terms and conditions to my knowledge). They told me that kgn/ncrowd would refund me but kgb/ncrowd have told me they only offer refunds if cancelled within 7 days (despite the period of the voucher lasting 3 months, which incidentally expires on christmas day). So now I am stuck with no manicure and no offer of a refund or credit voucher. I have effectively lost out on money and that is not acceptable to me.

I have emailed nCrowd 3 times about this and it is not right that you cannot call to speak to someone about your issues. I have purchased numerous KGB deals prior to this and I am extremely disappointed to see how poor their level of customer service is for their aftersales.

Purchased three vouchers for cafe des amis for a pre christmas family meal only to informed by the merchant that these cannot be used during December which.was not in the fine print. I have requested a refund on numerous ocasions with no response. This company hides behind an e-mail address with no contact phone number. They have effectively stolen my money so maybe i should contact the police and BBC watchdog so as to make the public aware to avoid this fraudsters.
I DID CONTACT KARL AT NCROWD WHO WAS VERY HELPFUL AND EVEN TELEPHONED ME TO APOLOGISE FOR MY BAD EXPERIENCE. SUBSEQUENTLY A FULL REFUND WAS RECEIVED FROM NCROWD.

I ordered a Buyagift voucher for a two night stay for two for £89 plus breakfast at a range of hotels. When the voucher arrived it was for two nights for the price of one - not the same thing at all. I have emailed the NCrowd help desk a few times, pointing out that this is a Christmas present (I'm writing this on Dec 10) but have had no resolution so far.

Myself and my partner bought a voucher each for a car valet and drove about 30mins to use them this weekend.

When we got to the valet centre, the merchant told us that kgb had been failing to pay them for the vouchers, so they had stopped honouring them.

As I now have two vouchers which I can't use due to no fault of my own, I contacted kgb for a refund.

Shocked with the response I received- that they can only refund vouchers within 7 days as per terms and conditions! Totally unacceptable that kgb have our money and we have nothing to show for it!! Tantamount to theft

I ordered an Anna and Elsa doll from this website 29th September 2014 and was advised They would be delivered within 2-4 weeks. Almost 6 weeks past and I received the Elsa doll. I contacted Ncrowd as instructed and received a reply advising me that if I didn't want to keep the doll it could be returned and to refuse the shipment of the other doll. I still haven't received delivery of the Anna doll and it seems that they are not interested in assisting with the missing doll. The replies have come from someone named Brenda who has the worst customer service skills I have ever encountered. I will never use this site again and would advise anyone else never to use them either!!!

placed 2 orders for frozen products with this company one arrived after 2 months! Still waiting for the other 1 and heard no response from my email!! Stay away!!!!

Please note would only let me post review if put in a valid order number!!! The order I placed was shipped automatically and so had no voucher code so used the voucher code from another order so could post review.

I should have reviewed this company more before purchasing several things from them , and not being able to redeem some. I am currently getting my credit card company trying to get the money refunded as I can not get any response from KGB deals .
Any company that does not have a telephone contact number should be avoided anyway , but in particular this one as their response by e mail is pathetic .
I have already removed them from my e mail list and will NOT purchase from them again , and from my experience would warn anybody contemplating using them NOT to .


XXXXXX UPDATE on this case . I did read the reply from a so called carl at Ncrowd , and looking at the rest of the poor experiences , so did everybody else !!! , but i have e mailed him as requested , and guess what ? , no reply
I have now instructed my bank to chase a refund and deleted KGB from my e mail list ..... DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY ...THEY ARE A SCAM !! XXXXXX

I ordered computer ink a few months ago which never arrived within the specified time, normally 2 -4 weeks. When I asked for a refund at week 7 or 8 I was given an account credit. I eventually god a refund some days later.
Last week I bought the above deal for wine and glasses as a present. The website needed a password which was not supplied. I wrote to ask for it to be told the had contacted the merchant. Despite 3 further e-mails and a request to cancel the order under the 14 day purchase, NO Response and no refund. I am unable to find a phone number other than one for the USA so can't contact them other than unanswered e-mails. UNACCEPTABLE. To fail to refund as requested is illegal under UK consumer law.

They sell vouchers which are not possible to redeem due to that they have oversold and the restaurants are not able to take bookings and they do not refund the money for the purchase.

I purchased a hotel voucher for the Tiverton Hotel in Devon for £89.10 but when I tried to use the voucher, the hotel had no availability for any of the dates I wanted. This was despite the fact that they had vacant rooms but they said they only had limited numbers on the offer. This in itself is very off-putting. As I cannot use the voucher I requested a refund on 6 October 2014 and was told that this was being referred to a supervisor on 15 October 2014. I have received no further communication despite my having sent a number of chaser emails. I will never use KGB Deals again and would discourage anyone else from using them.

Ordered 1 Elsa and 1 Anna Plush doll, to arrive within 2-4 weeks (for niece's birthday). 7 weeks in I have received 2 plastic dolls which I believe were also on sale at the same time for £19 for the 2,not the plush ones I ordered at £18 each. I haven't got another 7 weeks to wait for replacements, so out of pocket having find a decent alternative while waiting for a response from KGB - awful company!

I bought a voucher for a facial, and have tried on several occasions to redeem this voucher without success before it before it is out of date. Below is the response I got from KGB deal customer services.

I am so sorry for this inconvenience. Per our refund policy, we can provide a refund of the purchase price paid by you if contacted within 7 days from the date of purchase for a local or travel voucher, provided that the voucher has not yet been redeemed.

For auto ship products, we can provide a refund of the purchase price paid by you if contacted within 1 day from the date of purchase. After those time frames, all sales are final.

I ordered a passport holder through KGB deals and 4 months later it STILL hasn't arrived and my emails are being ignored.
DO NOT buy anything off of these scammers!

Placed an order for 'I love you to the moon and back necklace' on 28th September. First order with kgbdeals/ncrowd.
16th October received an email to say it had been shipped, good news (or so I thought).
26th October nothing received so emailed them.
27th October received a reply with a US Postal Service tracking link, showing it had travelled across the US and been at Chicago for the last 8 days. So I emailed again to ask when it may actually reach the UK.
29th October I received an email to say it had been delivered yesterday. Well not to me it wasn't, and it seems strange that it apparently got from Chicago to being delivered in a day. And is also strange the tracking link map shows the package still at Chicago, but the text claims it was delivered in the UK on 28th October.
Like many others it seems, my subsequent emails to ncrowd has just been completely ignored.
Absolutely rubbish customer 'service' and I am only glad I did not spend more, but I will not let things rest.

I ordered a plush frozen doll on 30th September still not received it. Have emailed several times and now they are not even bothering to answer emails! I have now asked for a refund and heard NOTHING. Am considering putting something on Twitter to let everyone know NOT to use this Company
