We’re absolutely delighted with the vehicle we purchased. For extra peace of mind, we also chose to take out an extended warranty, and throughout the whole process the team made sure we felt confident and well looked after. The manager even carried out a few extra jobs on the car before we collected it, which really showed his commitment to customer satisfaction and really helped us feel even more secure about our purchase. What started as a very nerve wracking experience turned into a genuinely positive one thanks to the professionalism and excellent customer service at Keywise Car Sales. Put the wife car on an online auction , got a bid from Keywise Cars Ltd which we accepted ; happy happy car sold ; then we wait and wait and wait and wait and no contact whatsoever regarding collection .Tried ringing can get sales ever so easily but the buyer is never available ; not only to us but to the auction company .So if you think you have sold to them you may not have after all .

We had Tim the sales rep helping us with our purchase, nothing was too much for him to help us. We knew what we was looking for and was happy to help with any question and queries we had. He made sure we had the little bits we wanted taken care of before we took it away (nothing major just a service and Mot) and had it ready for us to collect within 2 days.
