Excellent service from customer services, also very quick delivery. Couldn't fault in any way.

I ordered from kettle and toaster sauté pan, but a frying pan was sent by mistake instead of the sauté pan. Customer service was very helpful and quickly provided clear return details and postage information. Once they received the frying pan back, the correct sauté pan was sent out a few days later. The whole process was informative, well organised, and handled professionally. Very pleased with how it was resolved.

Ordering from the company was easy and straight forward. The item was delivered on time. The sensor bin looks really cool and stylish for any home kitchen, so worth the money.

When I bay something with one day deliver i accepted it next day maximum 2 days but not one weak Ewen not sanding out charge people for fast delivery but not deliver some clinching company without any respect to customer when write Ewen not responding

I don't think the customer service is very good with this company, prices are good but don't expect the item to be in perfect condition, they fine when all is well but not if there is a query

Try testing the equipment it’s not capable of being put together as the steam nozzle is in the wrong place I’ve read the instructions and it’s definitely faulty
