They haven’t bothered to contact me

I requested a motor insurance quotation from this company following good reviews I read on TrustPilot.
I received an email acknowledgement on 27 December which I appreciate was during the Christmas break, but I expected a call at the beginning of this week.
It’s now 9th January and I’ve not heard anything from them. If this is the service they provide prior to doing business then I can’t imagine what the service would be like if I was unfortunate enough to be involved in a claim!

I'm sorry you didn't feel our service was up to scratch, and we were indeed on far reduced holiday period staff when you submitted your quote details online. As every quote is looked at individually, clearly this one slipped through the net, but as soon as we heard from you I contacted you personally to confirm a premium and emailed the policy details to you.

As a small independent broker in this world of large insurance companies, it's never our intention to ignore potential customers, but we will always try to rectify matters as a priority.

Good work as always

As always a pleasure too deal with hence I have had multiple cars insured with them over a number of years. I will personally always use Keith Michael's Olivia is always a pleasure too deal with.

Great service, great prices

I have insured a number of cars with KM and they have always been super responsive with great prices for the kinds of car that I drive - modified, high performance. A big shout out to Gary and Olivia in particular.

I didn't get to the quote as a male…

I didn't get to the quote as a male member of staff was so rude telling me they haven't got the staff and I hadn't sent info which I sent at 0900hrs that morning.
Not what I expected clearly they didn't want my business.

I have insured many vehicles with Keith…

I have insured many vehicles with Keith Michaels over the last 25 years. Christian Wheatley has always been my account manager, and the service I have received from him has been superb.

Maybe this has something to do with the first name which his parents gave him.

I would have no hesitancy in recommending Keith Michaels in general, and Christian Wheatley in particular.

Great company

Great company. Have used them for several years. Staff very friendly. Nothing is too much trouble. They are there to listen to your needs and help. Email received with all my documents. That I need to print. Excellent service.
