Don’t trust this company!

I ordered 2 greenhouses. Delivery was arranged but they failed to turn up. I had to chase them and it took me over 40 minutes to get through on the phone. I then was told several different excuses as to why it didn’t arrive. They then gave me a new delivery date, this was then cancelled again on the morning that I was expecting it. It was then scheduled to be delivered another 2 days later. When it arrived, the size looked smaller than what we had ordered so I called them to say that we were expecting a 7x3 only to be told they don’t sell 7x3 sizes. I looked on their website and clearly it stated 7x3 and also on my order confirmation so I took pictures and sent them. They told me to look on the website and check the ‘dimensions’, which were in fact the measurements of a 7x2. My fault for not double checking the ‘small print!’ but they have clearly mistakenly advertised something different as I have photos which clearly state it is a 7x4, and they used bold font to highlight the incorrect size, which is what I stupidly looked at! Do not trust this company!

Ordered and paid 16/08/23
Company cancelled delivery for 25/08/23.
After chasing the company, told item will be in stock week 06/09/23.
Chased company again, told delivery will be 28/09/23. No delivery. No contact from company.
I have had to chase this company for information. The replies have not been honest.
Now waiting for refund.
Will instigate 'charge-back' via the bank if it is not returned within T&C's.
Those paying via credit card can use 'section 75' to recover funds.
Do not purchase from this scam company.

Terrible dealing with this company.
Bought 2 sheds. Both full of holes from the knots. You expect a few but there was a LOT on both. Around 40!!
Sheds should have had windows. But didn’t.
Refund on the difference between the sheds, and a very small planter sent out as an apology.
All this would have been ok if it hadn’t taken 4 months!!
A reply to one email would take weeks.
Terrible customer service. Would never use again !

Bought a water feature direct from them after seeing them on ebay. We had been waiting 8 days past our delivery date for Wilko to deliver. Keen gardener were not only cheaper but my water feature arrived just over 24hrs later. Also when I need guidance putting pump together the lady on the phone was first class. Top company will use them again

I ordered a 6x8 greenhouse from them, great price ordered on Monday was told it would be delivered on Thursday and a time slot, got a phone call giving me a time and was delivered in perfect condition. I can't thank them enough, as I had ordered the same from garden world online no delivery date, I read reviews that were terrible so I cancelled my order now waiting for my refund.

The online ordering and delivery of the product was great.
The item itself was super.
Did develop a fault within a few months and when I contacted them I could not believe how competently and effortlessly they made the resolution.
Flawless really.
Faults do happen and that is okay when dealt with well but all too many companies are ignorant, pass the buck or give no customer care at all when things go awry. I cannot say that in my experience with this company. They were fab.

We brought a Hozelock 40m hosepipe in March from Keen Gardener after seeing it on their website. I called to discuss my purchase before placing my order as I had a few questions. They were very helpful hence the order was placed. Sadly after only a few months the hosepipe sprung 2 leaks. I contacted the company via email and phone call to confirm email and was immediately dealt with. Matt was extremely helpful and apologetic and asked me to send a video of the damage. I did that the following day and spoke to Matt who offered me a the choice of another hosepipe or full refund. I chose the refund and Matt immediately confirmed by email. My refund was in my account the following day. I definitely will be using Keen Gardener again and would highly recommend them. Professional and honest company. Thank you Matt and Keen Gardener.

We bought a Claber Flexyfort Green Hosepipe 1/2" - 30 Metres, and it is one of best hoses we have had. Strong but flexible, and doesn't kink up even when it has no water pressure in it (unless you try really hard!) Working with Keen Gardener was a smooth buying experience, and the hose arrived quickly and well packed.

Keen Gardener prioritise strict adherence to their 30 day returns policy over customer service and satisfaction.
We ordered a product with the large headline description "Hartman Replacement Rectangular Canopy Cover Only for 3 x 4 (Caramel)" but it did not fit our 3 x 4 Hartman pergola. Unfortunately, we discovered this problem outside the 30 day return period. Our focus has been on my husband’s health as he had a heart attack during the intervening period.
We contacted Keen Gardener who told us that the canopy we purchased was for a Hartman Roma pergola, as indicated in small print on the web page. We discovered ours is a Hartman Napoli pergola. We were unaware that there were two models. As this problem was discovered outside their 30 day returns policy they were not prepared to accept a return for refund.
This is an expensive item and is a very different shape and design from the one we need for our Hartman pergola. I believe it would be relatively easy for Keen Gardener to resell this canopy, which is still listed on their website, although currently out of stock!!
The lack of cooperation from Keen Gardiner has caused us considerable distress.

I purchased a Palram Canopia 6x8 Shed, which I ordered on Friday and was delivered on Tuesday, which I was really pleased about, and faster than advertised. We made a mistake when putting the shed together, so contacted Keen Gardener to see if they were able to help. WOW, how refreshing. My email was answered in less than an hour by Nicky, requiring further information from me. Again my reply was answered within an hour, the new part was ordered and delivered within two days. I could not recommend Keen Gardener high enough, and a special shout out to Nicky who offered outstanding customer service. Thank you

Do not buy anything from this company through amazon.Go to the store and collect the item yourself.
Trying to return a damaged 40m hosepipe and trolley as proved to be impossible as the outlets I have been instructed to take it to wont accept the parcel due to its weight and size.

before you order from this company just remember they use unreliable evri to deliver.In 48hrs delivery was not updated and evri said item still with seller.Phone seller who said item with evri and they did not know were it was and given that it was supposed to be arriving that day it looked like it would not happen so I had to cancel.Lady on phone was very nice but someone needed to give me an answer

Fantastic service and support on some issues we had with a SCAM company called ‘Garden World Online’. We checked companies house and reviews on KeenGadener they came out on top so ordered our Palram Canopia shed from them. Customer service were excellent advising us all the way giving us timing etc of delivery and the company who would be delivering. The product arrived today in Pristine condition no parts missing all good so now being pensioners we can arrange our assembler to do the job take down the old and put up the new. If we had known about this company before we would have ordered from them. We both have to give a shout out to Matt and Kate in customers services really great people. Sometimes it is not always about the price more importantly the company you are dealing with their solvency and reviews !!

Ordered some Wilkinson edging shears. Good price, reasonable delivery costs, well packed, quick delivery, no issues. All smooth - would order from Keen G again.

On 26th April received email to say DPD would be delivering today between 13.13 & 14.13
Goods arrived at 13.14 on 26th.

Placed order & goods received within 24 hours - VERY GOOD!

Bought a pair of Town and Country cloggies. They had dents in them, not their fault! Emailed the day after delivery and they very quickly replied and said would send a replacement pair. Very nice customer service. Thank you
