My front door which was fitted back in 2010 had an issue with the locking mechanism,rang keane windows and they had Roger call out to do the repair,He was in and out in about 30 minutes and had the repair done...Roger is a absolute gentleman

Just had the whole house fitted out with Keanewindows, fitted by Dave, Pavel & Josh, the lads were brilliant , windows and doors fitted to perfection, cleaned and tidied as they went along, great lads for problem solving, I highly recommend Keanewindows, Ned the sales guy was really helpful in choosing colours and style of windows and doors. Roger from Keane windows fixed a broken locking mechanism on my parent’s window. The whole process was seamless from start to finish, clear communication and arrived at time arranged. Roger was kind and courteous. This is a company that offers excellent after sales service. Customer Service at its best! I would highly recommend Keane Windows; they are a pleasure to deal with.

Over a few years I replaced all my external windows and front doors using Keane Windows. Excellent results both times. A special thanksk to Roger for replacing a broken lock a few weeks back (no charge). Recommend highly and would use Keane Windows again.

Recently needed to get a new handle on my window. The person on the phone said that Roger would be there in 20 Minutes. Roger, the fitter whom i must add is a complete gentleman and put in a new handle on my window for free. I must thank Keane Windows for everything and would most definitely recommend them to everyone. Keith.

Got Keane windows to do a full fit out of windows and doors front and back and I'm just writing here to say after 7 years they are still looking and working perfectly 👌. They are the only company I know that actually lives up to their 10 year guarantee.

Last year I got Keane windows to replace my patio sliding doors to French doors and a new hall door, they done such a good job I got them back this week for a new back door and windows at front of house, again paddy and Clayton turned up on time and did a brilliant job, real nice fellas and professionals, nothing was too much trouble and were spotless clean wouldn’t even know they were here, for the second time I’m trilled with the work tks paddy and Clayton and Keane windows

Had windows replaced 6 years ago and one of the handles wasn't operating correctly. Contacted Roger who responded promptly. Replaced the handle with a new one. As the colour was different to the original he replaced the other handles on that window as well. All free of charge. Really impressed that a company would provide that service 6 years after purchasing the windows. Excellent company to deal with and first rate after sales service.

Recently used Keane windows to replace our windows and the front door. It was such a wonderful experience from start to finish. Dave was excellent, really listened to what I was looking for and I'm so delighted he suggested getting the internal boards wrapped as it gives such a clean finish internally. Keane windows recently replaced the windows in my top floor apartment. A truly professional organisation. They made the whole process totally painless. As a 74 year old pensioner with anxiety issues, everything I wanted to know was explained in detail. The quality of their products is second to none, and the difference they make is enormous. I can hardly hear the traffic outside my apartment which used to be horrendous, plus the heat retention is excellent. Top marks to the team at Keane windows. We Met With Ned and Jonathan in the Showroom on Fonthill industrial estate. Jonathan Arranged a Suitable Date to Carry Out a Survey, He was very Polite, Reassuring and Really Knew his Job in Making Sure He Had the Measurements and Colours We Were Ordering, Karl in the Office was also Very Nice to deal with.
The New Windows and Front Door Were Installed By Tom and Barry and We Have to Say Their Work Rate Was Excellent and Very Professional, Never Stopped From the Moment They Arrived and Bang on Time Too, The Difference in The House Is Great as Well With Not Having The Heating on As Often and Rooms Holding in The Heat, The Security Aspect is Another Plus With the Locking System on The Door and Windows, Giving You Great Piece of Mind, We Were Missing the Knob From the Door and The Following Day a Gentleman By The Name of Roger Arrived to Install it And Adding That Extra Touch to The Door, He Also Gave Us Some Very Sound Advice on The Upkeep of The Door, Also Any Other Issues if Any to Contact Them As Soon as Possible, Overall We Are Really Delighted And Very Very Happy With Everything And Receiving Lots of Compliments on The Work And of Course The Door We Chose Looks Beautiful, So Well Done to Everyone at Keanes And We Would Highly Recommend Them For Their Attention to Detail, Advice And Job, So Well Done,
