Bought doors and handles Nov 20, handles have all gone off colour, been in touch several times they are refusing to change them as we are getting the blame for cleaning them with an abrasive when we havnt.The law is 12 mth guarantee! STAY AWAY from this shop!

Ordered doors and after a short wait for odd sizes, all arrived and look great. Showroom room guys are first class as is the delivery driver. Nothing was to much trouble. Other companies could learn a lot from these guys. Many thanks again.

Great experience from Kaybee Doors. We had been given a wrong set of door furniture by mistake, and we didn't realise, until we got home. We needed the item exchanged on the day, as our door fitter was on sight. We rang the store, and one of the staff, very kindly offered to bring the correct one over right away. They delivered the item within 30 mins, which, was excellent customer service.

I needed to replace 4 interior doors and we went to KayBee Doors in Jamaica Street Liverpool, And I would like to say a great big thank you to Mike who looked after me, he took the time and trouble to explain how different door sizes could work for my double doors even showing me different examples, we settled on the de anta range of Walnut Doors, nothing was too much much trouble and I was made to feel like an important customer which is rare these days, I would highly recommend KayBee and in particular Mike to anyone who is looking for a quality door and more importantly a top quality service, thank you Mike.

Ordered two doors online, arrived quicker than expected - no problems.

Bought 3 doors via kaybees website, got the phone call to say they were ready for collection so made my way with my 7 year son. Parked outside walked in and was stood at the counter for 4 minutes while one of the staff was messing about with door handles!! Eventually got served by a fella who said I'll haft to go and look for them shrugging his shoulders (didn't look happy at all) !!! When he found them he placed them besides the shop door for me to struggle by myself getting them in my car with my 7 year old!! One of the doors was a fire door so was quite heavy.
I was struggling that much a passer bye offered a hand. Quality doors/materials but service was appalling.

I purchased folding doors from Kaybee doors, the quality of doors were not good and the painting I paid extra for was appalling. I will not be using them again.

Keenly priced single glazed internal door delivered when they said they would . Friendly delivery driver very helpful shifting things around to accommodate storage of door. Well done Kaybee doors
