Enquired about a part for my motorcycle via email and got a rapid response to all emails I sent,very helpful and sorted the part I needed even though I only sent a photo of the part. Part came within a few days and good price. Top shop 👍

The company doesn't care about customers or local community only profits.

Took my 2005 zrx1200 in for an mot. Passed with advisories which the service team were really helpful suggesting solutions for. They're usually busy though especially in spring summer

I visited the showroom in Cradley and was greeted and helped on my initial visit. After visiting other dealers the customer service could not compare so I went back to them and they found me the best deal. Thank you to all the guys in the shop and especially Neil. They have a life customer

Really patient with my many questions, very knowledgeable, extremely helpful couldn’t recommend them enough and not at all pushy sales let me take my time which is really important for me. Ended up with a z125 really really pleased. Neil and Andy are great sales guys

My son and I stopped by here yesterday whilst in the area, to do a bit of window shopping for his next big bike. We were made very welcome by the staff. They were very friendly, engaging and helpful as we tried out the Ninja range. Although we didn’t buy at the time, we were given free range to try out their bikes. I would have no doubt in using them in the future. Thanks to the staff for making us feel welcome.

I purchase a NEW Kawasaki Versys 1000 S Grand Tourer and I must say I’m impressed with the service the bike is perfect the staff even more perfect and quick to answer any questions, it was a good price and having dealt with other bike dealers I find that Cradley Kawasaki gave me a very impressive service, well recommended 👌

Probably the worst communication and service I have received
Dealership is definitely not what it use to be.

Not a single effort made to install any belief or trust, didn't seem to care less !.
The old Cradley wouldn't have let this happen.

However I actually chose not to write a poor review prior to this, when the bike had a recall, they made it extremely difficult to get the bike booked in to complete the works, I received a phone call shortly after promising me they valued customers and would continue to prioritise existing customers as well as new ones. ( A friend also received the same treatment with the above, plus a warranty issue they never actually resolved or really seemed to want to )

So thought if give them another chance and lone behold a leopard never changes it's spots.

Family customers for over 30 years !, safe to say I will be taking my business elsewhere!

I have been using Cradley Kawasaki for thirty years or more and i have found there parts department to be absoultly fantastic. Always very helpful, certious, efficient and have the parts on the shelf most of the time for my thirty year old bikes. Alistair Fraser.

Absolutely fantastic service from Cradley Kawasaki when I phoned regarding some parts for my 2021 Kawasaki Ninja 1000SX; they couldn't have been more helpful and went through the parts diagram with me over the phone and reassured me that I was ordered the correct parts for my model. The parts turned up quickly and were well packaged and protected. The bike is now looking perfect again and I'm so grateful for all the help they provided. I will definitely purchase from them again and recommend to others. Thanks so much! :)

I literally popped in today for some parts, it’s was 1pm and the guy was about to go home, he was very helpful with everything I needed and didn’t just want to rush off.
He got the parts I needed to repair my bike, very grateful and will defo be coming back!

Ordered my parts on line before 2pm and they were delivered less than 24 hours later. Brilliant service and recommended.

Ordered parts on Wednesday at 9.30 am and received them at 12 noon Thursday. Great availability for a 25 year old bike and great service. Mark was very pleasant and helpful to deal with.

Bought a z1000sx from cradleys. Seen it advertised on autotrader but due to the distance (150 mile) away didn't view the bike. I dealt with Chris on the phone and he said the bike was in excellent condition. On his word i bought it.
Well I'm over the moon, the bike is in excellent condition just as discussed and kev from bike transit was excellent, cared for it as it was his own.

I managed to drop the bike and cracked a frame hanger. After trying to find a stockist I came across the Cradley store and after using their part finder list I ordered a replacement. I received communication that the order was received, then processed, then out for delivery. It arrived a couple of days after ordering and was well packed. Il be using these for all Kwak parts in the future as they were faultless with this order. Thanks guys.

Just had my new bike delivered from ordering to delivery it couldn't have been easier thanks Chris will be back again and Kev the delivery driver couldn't be more helpful

Ordered some parts for my z650 in Australia. They came within 2 weeks and this was during the Christmas and New Years Period. The parts were exactly what I ordered in their original packaging. Would buy from them again 150%.. Great Job Cradley Kawa. !!!
