great site with great shipping and support service. I highly recommend also for the variety of products present and the speed with which they arrive! really satisfied!

KATYCRAFT IS A GREAT COMPANY AND IS VERY RELIABLE WITH ZERO ISSUES

I wouldn’t even give this website 1 star but I can’t write a review if I don’t. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WESITE it’s a scam. I ordered a robot hoover and when it came it looked cheap and fake. It was nothing like the description on the website. Had no charging dock, was grey instead of black amongst other differences. Please listen to this warning and do not buy from here

This is a great reliable site that I trust the most, you can never hope to go worng go on and try it

bardzo fajna strona niskie ceny fajne produkty

katycraft.com is buying reviews for credits. Beware.

Minha experiência foi muito boa, comprei um lindo presente para minha esposa

one of the best sites that i've discovered lately, great service, and totally trustul.

Definitely the best site I have ever used, 5 stars deserved

Je to skvela stranka ze ktere se da celkem za prijatelne ceny nakupovat zbozi za me super napad i zpracovani web je naprosto jednoduchy a jasny palce nahoru za me 5hvezd

If you are looking for a good service I can strongly recommend to you this site. Everything is available in a reasonable prices. It was a very pleasant shopping experience.

What a nice site it was!!!!Thank for giving us this kind of nice item!! I am waiting for next one. Hope I'll watch it very soon.

It's amazing website I like it personally and good

They are professionals in their field and the services are of top quality. It is highly recommended to the consumers for all household products!!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

1. They do not advise when purchasing how long the delivery will take, even though they charge £7+!! (Delivery is 6+ weeks wait with 5-6 days to actually dispatch the order)

2. They take days to respond to emails!

3. They ignore your requests, I requested my order to be cancelled (within the 5-6days dispatch time) as the product would have arrived after I needed it. I sent several emails for it to be cancelled and they ignored all of them and still shipped the goods!!!

4. Product ordered 29th July but I won’t receive it until the 16th September!!!

This company is a shambolic excuse for a business!

AVOID AVOID AVOID!

Absolute farce of a company. After-sakes service is almost non-existent after the product was unsatisfactory. Each time I received a response to my email (days apart each time) it was from a different person asking for the sane information. I think they hope you'll eventually just give up

If I could give 0 I would. Still waiting for my item, 3 weeks ago. Contacted them and said they were preparing my order but would take 5 days to prepare and then they would ship, I cancelled my order and all of a sudden, it was shipped which is utter rubbish. I will never use this website ever again. SCAM artists and I will be posting this on FB and every site I can think of

THIS IS A SCAM
They will sell items that do not meet the minimum requirements or do not work / broken and then refuse any returns or only offer a small refund. When emailing about defective item THEY SENT BACK PERSONAL CUSTOMER INFORMATION ABOUT OTHER CUSTOMERS! HUGE DATA PROTECTION VIOLATION!!

Placed an order for the Toy Revolver for my son at katycraft.com on 26th June, I received my order yesterday.

He has been playing with it all day and it is a great toy, my son is only 5 years old but he loves it, its got a great range of sounds and is very easy to use.

I just wanted to say thank you for such a great service.
