I had an issue with rewards from a game and the team was on it in less than 24 hours. Really appreciate it.

Couldn’t access my account due to deactivation. Sent an email to support at 10pm on a Saturday—did NOT expect to get a response tonight! But lo and behold, I got an email at 10:30pm informing me my account had been reactivated. Amazing customer service and prompt response time!! Thanks team!

Support team did great at helping me solve an issue with my account. Took a couple of days before resolved yet they had someone available at all times. Very reliable and patient with customers.

My issue was resolved quicker than I expected and the person I spoke with was very helpful and kind.

I am so sad. I joined Kashkick because I wanted to trust the process even though my family and friends laughed at me. I still believed that Zi would be able to Kash out when I reached my first goal so st $12, I tried to cash out. it never worked. I have reached out repeatedly and have not been helped with the process. I am sad because overall, I really enjoyed it up until now. I just feel really betrayed and stupid. I guess everyone was right.🥺The worst part was it is only $12 and zi know that can't mean anything to Kashkick but it meant a lot to me...😢

I contacted customer service over missing rewards on a game. I didn't understand the need for a screen recording to fix the missed rewards as I couldn't go back and replay and/or actually record the levels in question so there was extra back and forth about that but they were very courteous, more so then they could have been as I was a bit short out of frustration. I don't know that answers were completely covered but I was satisfied and would not hesitate to reach out if another issue came up in the future.

They were quick to respond to my request. Thank you

I try getting also payment for opening chime no answer they said it not our fault but I press the button to get the points counted it didnt I did get any fund from it for current or chime

I do several Earning Apps & I like Kaskick the best
I find they give you the most earnings for the same amount of time invested as other apps for both surveys & games & you can contact customer support if there is an issue

I am very impressed by the fact that customer service responds within a few hours.
It seems that everybody I talk to when I need to communicate understands the situation perfectly and knows how to help.

They have a nice selection of games.

I love that they are located in the United States.

Probably my only critique is having to wait four weeks for accomplishments to pend for payment!

I downloaded and played for awhile, racked up some money kept playing, spent some money on games and then one day I opened up kashkick was logged out and when I logged back in it gave me an error and said account inactive. I have used it everyday since I got it. Support says my email isn't in their system and they can do nothing. I lost the money I earned and the money I spent to earn faster. They scammed me. They get paid and I do not.
