They will take your money, ask if you need the order sooner and then they will make you pay extra and ignore all messages!!! Do not order from this company if it’s not too late. So pricey and don’t even receive the item!!

Delivery was quick just in time for my hols, never had so many compliments on a swimsuit before it looked unreal. Material is thick aswell which I always worry about in swimsuits around the crutch area but was perfect defo recommend!!! Will be buying more from kasela for sure.

I ordered 2 different swimsuits and an outfit for my holiday to Ibiza! Absolutely loved every single piece. All fitted perfectly and such good quality! Replies were extremely quick on there instagram page and answered any questions I had! Will definitely order again😊💘

Ordered the new sunset collection on the 31st of may, the date it came out and the exact time in the morning it came out. Still not received my item. I dm’d them on insta and they asked me when I needed it for I responded with a date I needed it for (not that it should have mattered when I needed my order for) and they never opened my message. What’s the point in asking if you weren’t going to send it?
I finally got a response on the day I needed my order for, telling me it will be shipped tomorrow. Then they put an Instagram post saying the collection is back in stock and can be ordered. I ordered the day it originally came out yet still don’t have my order it’s a joke and they shouldn’t be taking on more orders if they still haven’t sent other people their orders they ordered over a month ago! Won’t be buying from here again considering their items are so expensive yet the customer service is shocking.

I ordered the items on the 8th of June and they’re still not delivered or emailed to ask what the turnaround is. They said 12 days, not including bank holiday and weekends. This item is still not delivered and it’s the 3rd of July

Swimsuit is unreal quality, so flattering on & I got so many compliments 🤩 will definitely be buying more

Don’t order if you’re in a hurry. Been waiting 5 weeks for my order and still hasn’t even been dispatched. They asked me when I needed the order for when I had messaged to say I still hadn’t received it. Sorry but it doesn’t matter when I need it for, it matters that your turn around time says 10 working days and it’s been 5 weeks .. think this company need to work on their customer service & delivery process.

Due to the 12 day preparation time to make my order, it only left a couple days until my holiday. So I emailed on Instagram and asked for a quicker turnaround time, and within an hour I had a response! And then 2 days later it arrived at my house. Very pleased with the customer service.

I bought swimwear from Kasela at the begining of may (It makes it super clear the 5-7 day lead time due to the item having to be made) I think i actually waited 3 weeks for my item (By which point I had already been on my holiday that I had ordered it for) so i sent the item back and emailed them to advise I was doing this, never had a response, customer service is shocking delays at every stage, unprofessional and shocking service! Avoid if you expect your delivery anytime soon and if you have issue expect any sort of response.! They still have £80 of my money nearly 2 months down the line and I have returned my swimwear 2 weeks ago!

Ordered on the 24/05 for my holiday 3 weeks later. after reading some of the reviews I was worried it couldn’t arrive in time. I sent them an email to advise i was going away and gave them the date i needed it by. They replied to assure me it would be delivered in time. I did have to chase again 3 days before my holiday but they confirmed the item was being sent that day and it was!
Swimsuit is absolutely perfect and amazing quality so very happy! Thank you.

Amazing quality bikinis and amazing customer service! Needed it for a certain date and they were able to get it sent out early so I can wear my new bikini on holiday! Definitely would buy again!

I ordered 3 x styles of swimwear. All styles arrived and the bottoms that were sent to be were incorrect. I asked for the right pair to be sent out to me. They agreed and also agreed to refund shipping costs. My parcel got lost with Royal Mail which is not Kaselas fault, but I’ve sent 3 emails asking for a solution to be agreed as I am now left with a bikini top with 0 bottoms, when I wouldn’t have exchanged them to begin with if the right pair was sent out. I also sent back a swimsuit for an exchange, so because my parcel was lost I’ve lost out on a lot of money. I’ve had no response and getting fed up now, I would appreciate someone coming back to me to at least show some good will, and offer a refund for the bikini bottoms (happy to send back the top as well as it’s useless without bottoms) or the right pair to be sent out to me, and a refund for the shipping costs. Please can someone come back to me and get this sorted.

Ordered the mesh dress from the new drop and I needed it for that same week, messsged the customer service team (who are amazing and so responsive!) and they made sure to have my order to me within 5 days! When there usual turn around is 10-14 days. Absolutely love my dress aswell would definitely recommend 🫶🏽

I ordered 3 bikinis from Kasela Studio for my holiday! It took a few weeks for them to arrive and I was worried they wouldn’t arrive on time but the team they have were so quick to respond to my message on their Instagram account. They were so helpful and I literally received my order within a few days of messaging! The quality of the bikinis are unreal and the colours are exactly what you see online! Couldn’t recommend them more 💗💗
