Missing item from my delivery and after chasing it up, it was delivered snapped in half (lance).
Seems I'm spending far too much time chasing these guys instead of doing the jobs I need to get on with !

I wished to purchase 2 hard floor cleaners (1 to start with to try and then a further one). I had 3 'refurbed' items delivered from this company who have always been OK before. 2 from the 3 came very dirty and clearly used. This does not fit my definition of a refurb or even theirs as they publish it. It looks as though they are items that have been sent back to Karcher after using and like all they do is just sling a couple of new rollers in there.

Yes I got refunds through OK but I believe that you could buy used items much cheaper elsewhere albeit without a warranty.

I accept this is my perspective but when 2 from 3 arrive like that the evidence would seem to support the perspective,

On Sunday there was a minor fault with one attachment. I emailed the firm which sent the invoice. First thing Monday morning they emailed me informing me how to register a warranty claim on line. On Monday even I submitted the claim on line. First thing Tuesday morning I received a phone call from Karcher to clarify the precise fault.

On Wednesday morning a replacement part was recieved.

I saw all of the negative reviews after I had already made my purchase. So I sat and waited with a growing sense of unease because I had received no further communication from them after their automatic confirmation of payment. I had placed the order on a Saturday evening. On Monday I received a notification that my order was being picked and packed from the warehouse. On the Tuesday I received an email saying it had been dispatched with DHL. then I received an text message confirming it would be delivered on Wednesday between 16.55 and 17.55. It was delivered at 16.44. I feared reading the reviews that even though I had received my appliance it would be a box of broken bits or would spew water all over the floor. The product was well packaged in a sturdy box and in perfect condition. I unpacked it and assembled it and then put it to the test. It worked perfectly. Cosmetically it looks brand new. I can't comment on the customer service when things go wrong because so far I have no complaints. I got the product I wanted at the price I was happy with. You can't ask for anything more.

Scandalous customer service.
I have been given 2 dates for a collection of a faulty product. Waited in two days now and failed to show up or contact me on both occasions. No phone number to contact tells you all you need to know. Maybe its "AI" without the "I". I will post a review everyday until I have a reply and a telephone call from a human being.

Ordered an 'in-store' item from these people on Sept 25th, and received a confirmation email saying 'Once you order has been packed in the warehouse you will be emailed'.

Five days later I still hadn't been emailed to say the 'in-store' item had been packed or any other email to explain the lengthy silence, so in the evening I cancelled - and told the Karcher Outlet why. If this outlet had a TELEPHONE NUMBER on its website I would have been able to call them and ask what was happening and the cancellation avoided, but they didn't so I feared the worse and cancelled.

In response I got a long waffling email full of self justification but short on apology.

I get the impression from my experience and reading others here that this Karcher Outlet specialise in post mess up justification but aren't particularly good at getting things right first time around. Whoever they are they are letting down an otherwise reputable German brand.

Further to my last review, i received a call from Kieran 01293 778747 ext 2 in technical help who was very keen too resolve my problem even though i had not taken out the extra insurance. He kept me posted all along the way, and i now have a unit that works. It was not plain sailing with the next unit arrived and faulty with flat battery's in the lace which i changed,this did not fix the fault and a new lance was sent, which was never going to work. Another unit was sent which at the moment is working OK. The one fly in the ointment is that i was only given a 7 day warranty, so not sure if i should us it or wrap it up in cotton wool.

Another great product from Karcher. Only had I a few days so obviously unable to comment on the reliability, but if it's like their other products I've bought it should be fine.

Bought a K4 full control pressure washer Oct 2018,used to clean patio once and twice on car,third time it ceased working correctly.Have followed instructions incase of airlock.Not successful,have sent two emails for advice,no answer,then tried customer services to complain still no reply.Karcher themselves are not interested once you mention you bought from karcher outlet.So to save yourselve any hassle buy from a reputable manufacturer like Boch or even Lidl or Aldi as they could not be any worse.

If I could give less than One I would. I bought a refurbished WV2 in May 2019, sent it back in July after it had been used about 3 times. It wouldn't charge which has been a problem with all of the other WV's we have had but I thought with a 12 month guarantee it was worth the risk. It has now been back with them for over 2 weeks they have not contacted me or replied to my e-mails they do not seem to have a phone number and wont take messages on Twitter. I have now asked for my money back so hopefully I will get it. Certainly wouldnt buy from these.

It does exactly as they say. I love it. So easy to use and no residual water.

Bought a pre-sold pressure washer from Karcher outlet. Came in well packed in original box with all the attachments a new. Great price and product. Delighted, William

I’ve used Karcher Outlet on numerous occasions and have always been very pleased. The items I’ve ordered have been excellent and also the service has been great. Items arrive on time . When I had a problem with one of my purchases it was collected and a new item was sent within days. I will use this site again without doubt.

Would have given 0. Firstly did not send all the parts. Then the machine did not work and worst of all no contact phone number. Think twice about using them I will not be using them again.

The repsonse states I did not contact them when i contacted them around 3pm and 5pm yesterday so complete lies on their side, they did not come back to me. It is obvious their on line system does not work either. i would go as far as saying they have no customer care whatsoever.

A phone call would have answered the question in less than a minute instead I am really hacked off.

In response to your second reply You will find I did use your online system there is no other method to contact you despite trying to find a phone number for you anywhere so please stop denying the truth.

Certainly not appearing trustworthy and you are simply creating further embarrassment for yourselves. How else would you have suggested I contact you when you don’t provide any other way?

Response to your next mail. What about the 5pm one through your system, which you have not mentioned? If a copy was sent to the customer’s email none of this confusion could arrive !

Bought a K2 pressure washer which was supposed to be as good as new....totally rubbish, lasted 10 car washes which due to not using it over winter means it’s out of the 6 month warranty...it leaks from the motor, clearly never checked and not refurbished. Asked if they could agree this isn’t good enough, simply got no we have your money and we do not care...very very poor! Avoid this site seriously you’ll regret it!!!
....Had the following reply as noted below! Ha ha absolute joke! I can assure anyone there was no water in the machine and it did not “Freeze” in the winter months (I know this as it was kept in my house!). The reply I had on email (privately) was not worded so eloquently by Kärcher Outlet either...take heed this is the kind of dismissive reply you’ll get if you have a problem over 6 months old (despite if you used it or not....) utter garage, been warned do not buy from this site.!!

Unfortunately your warranty covering your machine for 6 months expired in January 2019.

As such we will not be able to take any action regarding the fault with the machine.

We would recommend you contact Karcher on 01295 234020 for advice on the location of a local repair centre that you can take the machine to for a service inspection, however due to the expiration of your warranty this service will be chargeable.

As you will see...no empathy that they sold me a pup...a machine which was only fit for 10 goes...(and unlike the more detailed reply on here in the public domain). Simple guys save your money, save yourself the hassle and go somewhere and spend your hard earned money with a company which actually bothers about its customers....In fact ask yourself this question...”how good is what they are selling” ,they only stand by it for 6 months...(and if your like me 4 of those 6 months the weather outside was too cold and bad to use it) what chance have you got if you have a problem?...none, as the reply’s from this company show...its laughable really..

Cannot help but agree with the comments on here. The expression "you get what you pay for" comes to mind.

Refurbished stock you expect to behave just like the original. Bought an FC5 floor cleaner here and after light use it breaks. I return it and it is repaired (again - its a refurb right?). After a few more light uses it is broken again (for the third time?). It has seen use maybe 10 times on a small kitchen floor. Warranty has run out and the outlet don't care. £150 down the drain. Really disappointed with how you are treated as well - stuck on hold then cut off, no answers to emails, offered repairs by one person then the next says they can't etc etc - next time I'll pay that little bit extra and get the peace of mind it works and will be backed up by a quality company.

I have ordered from Karcher Outlet a number of times. Unfortunately the items are not thoroughly checked and I have had to return damaged items on several occasions. This included them sending the exact same steam mop as a replacement that I'd just returned.

These items are not damaged in transit as the packaging is in tact and undamaged, The items have clearly been sent out damaged. My most recent order was for an FC5 floor cleaner. As soon as I opened the box I could see the top was cracked. The replacement they sent I opened the box to check before accepting the delivery and the power cord was actually cut into and clearly dangerous. I refused delivery and am now awaiting a refund. I will not be using them again as the time as I have wasted so much time waiting in for deliveries and then having to wait in for the damaged item to be picked up it's just not worth the money you save.

I ordered my second Karcher k5 power washer from Karcher outlet on Tuesday. Once I had placed the order I checked the website and it stated they don't deliver to the Scottish islands -well they do and it arrived today 👍

The powerwasher arrived well packed and I set it up immediately and cleaned my cars. Working perfectly, looks brand new and I am absolutely delighted.

My second purchase, the last one I bought in 2010 so I wouldn't hesitate using them again.

I bought a window vaccum from them with which arrived without the nozzle attachment. I have contacted the company 3 times via there order service requesting the nozzle and been sent a screw. Awful customer service as they obviously do not read the email you send them just send out random parts to stop you complaining.

I would Not recommend purchasing from them, much better to buy the item from a reputable company.
