Horrible service and customer care
bought a hob 1 year back, the knobs stopped working after 6 month.. its been 6 months i am trying to contact the customer care. each time they reply saying it will be fixed today or tomorrow. now after repeated complaints, my calls are blocked.
These guys are scam. If you value your money, refrain from buying kaff products.

worst service i have ever experienced, company sent no one for demo,now i called the customer care they said that they will charge for demo. it is really frustrating,at the time of sales they say everything you want to listen but after sale service is ridiculous.
Purchased Kaff products worth 1.5 Lakhs…
Purchased Kaff products worth 1.5 Lakhs and regretting now.
Had problem with chimney and they took almost 1.5 months to repair it and faced many issues while dealing with them during these 1.5 months.
Issue 1: Charges during Warranty. Repair executive asked for fee even though the product was under warranty.
Issue 2: No proper complaint system. Even after complaining about this, Kaff just brushed it aside saying that repair executive might have misunderstood that the product was not under warranty. I clearly explained to them while complaining that he requested money saying you have to pay during warranty as well.
Issue 3: Repair executive also suggest for cleaning against payment though the chimney was self-cleaning and just 6 months old.
Issue 4: Since I did not entertain any fee during warranty, repair executive has mentioned the incorrect defect in his service records which delayed the repair. He also did not reinstall my chimney saying it will be damaged and kept in on ground which we had to take care for 1.5 months.
Issue 5: Worst customer care executives: Customer care are no help. They say they can just raise ticket. During 1.5 months they escalated my issue 3 times but they don't have the feedback on the escalations. Every time they say I have to contact third party service center manager. Even though he does not respond, customer care can't do anything. They just give me same contact number of the third party manager.
Issue 6: I had to depend on third party service authorised service provider for the updates.
Most important of all their customer service process is very bad wherein you need to break your head to get the issues resolved. It would been easier for me to spend 1 to 2 K and get it repaired outside even though it is under warranty.
Never buy Kaff in your wildest dreams
Bought an oven, and the front glass broke. The company won't replace the door or glass. They are just offering to give a discount on a new oven, as they are bound by law. Just for a glass, citing that the spare part is not available.
do not buy!!!!
only buy their products if you want to wait for 3 month for product repair and have them ship the wrong part. most incompetent service people. they say they will send information and have them not send it.

Poor Customer Service & Dirt Cheap Quality Product
I ordered couple of products from them and most of the materials are Cheapest Chinese plastic. Once you buy their product, they don't even pickup your call or respond to your emails or customer support tickets. I even tried to reach out to the CEO and Chairman through linkedin and email and no luck. Please stay away from this company and their products and save your money for a better brand. Never again spend even penny on this company products.
There is a customer Service Manager Asha and Sandeep Dhawan which a total waste. They promise something on the phone and after that they never take your call. The customer service 1800 number is horrible and they always disconnect your call. I also run a company with 300 people, if my employee shows a behavior like this, I will be showing the exit door for them. Please treat your customers well and your business will prosper.
