Thanks to Joe and Jamie’s professionalism, arrival ahead of schedule and remarkably cheery deposition so early in the morning, fabulous delivery and installation experience.

Arrived at the right time
They both very pleasant and good at feed back.
They worked very hard and easily solved a minor problem

Two guys, Joe and Jamie brought a replacement fridge, undid all the packaging and removed it, removed the old fridge, which was integrated in my kitchen, placed the new one and left every thing in perfect condition. Could not ask for better. Job well done lads, thank you.

Joe and Jamie have just delivered my new cooker and I have to say they were great!
They respected my home and were extremely careful when carrying the cooker through my house, which must’ve been a challenge as it is so big! And they did it whilst being cheerful, friendly and polite.

The installers (Joe and Jamie) were great; really personable, fast, efficient, clean and tidy. I wish I could keep them here for the day to sort out the whole house.

The delivery came earlier than expected and the fitting was efficient and taking away old part was clean

Joe & Jamie were quick, efficient and very friendly when replacing our appliance. Took the old microwave, installed the new, and tested it. They clearly cared about doing things right as paid attention to the specific instructions for this microwave.

Jason & Ed were ABSOLUTELY brilliant. Cool, calm, capable, unflappable. We have a very tricky access & they could not have been more accommodating, less complaining or more professional. 131kg of cooker is no easy lift & manoeuvre. So impressed.

One fussy client (me), three brilliant young men turned up exactly on time at the pre warned time to deliver and install two fridge freezers. A very pleasant experience with nothing too much trouble, a perfect delivery.
I was kept fully informed at every stage of the delivery.

Had a replacement fridge freezer fitted today by Joe & Jamie. Excellent service from 2 professional guys. Very polite and cheerful, a credit to caboodle.

Excellent service, old range cooker removed and new one installed very efficiently. Joshua and James were very nice, and put up with me watching and asking questions! Also very helpful with regards to how to work my new cooker! Thank you!

Brandon and Cameron were on time, polite, and did a professional job
They even went the extra mile by adapting our existing cupboard door to fit the appliance. (Appliances Direct had assured me that this wouldn’t be a problem as the fixings were all standard!)

This was a five star service. The two installers Reece and Dan were professional and very polite and helpful. The installation was done to a high standard and they cleared up and took all the rubbish away.

Had bad experience at the hands of Kaboodle fitters. Twice they messed my straight forward dishwasher installation, finally they fitted it without any problems at the 3rd attempt!! Ask me why, no clue.
1st attempt oh the valve is stiff!!
2nd attempt you need different dishwasher size
3rd attempt suddenly everything is fine

I can understand you may have some incompetent fitting teams, but two in a row!!!

Must admit the 3rd attempt (2 whole months after buying the dishwasher) was by a very experienced gentleman who fitted our dishwasher beautifully without any issues 👍

Not what I expected to be honest given their reviews, but what disappointed the most is lack of communication

The lads were super friendly and changed the oven very quickly

I’d recommend Joe, Jamie and Harley to anyone

Rude on arrival. Before they had stepped into our house they said Miele were useless. They then came in and said they could do the job because our cupboards were too close and cooker hood too low.
Pretty infuriating for us after waiting 5 weeks for the job to arrive. Little did we know gas safety specs had changed since previous job was fitted.
This was upsetting for us but they found it funny and laughed away at our predicament. They couldn’t care less, no customer care, no helpful suggestions, just couldn’t wait to get off home.
