I bought the Meaco 20l dehumidifier from JustoffBase, price was the best I could find, website and payment was simple, product arrived next day even though I chose the free saver delivery option.

Products have still not arrived, I believe the carrier still has them, at least I hope so, they couldn't find us, they were late anyway and it's hard to find contact details to chase this up.

Would certainly use again and is highly recommended. Website was easy to navigate, pricing (when taking postage into account) was quite competitive, and the goods that I required were available from stock. Delivery was prompt and on time as expected with the product being securely wrapped. All through the buying and delivery process I was kept fully informed by email of progress of the order. Goods arrived in good condition with no problems.

I don't often do reviews but these guys are good. Ordered some filters and bags for a Sealey vacuum cleaner (that I had purchased from them about 2 years ago) in the afternoon think it was before 3pm, paid the extra for next day delivery and they arrived the next morning around 10am. Unbelievably good delivery service and the price was very competitive compared to other suppliers and ebay etc. 10 out of 10.

Great service communication and product excellent

The Sealey 5m vacuum extension I ordered was despatched very quickly and is just what I wanted. The only problem was that the courier service,TNT, made a right hash of things and instead of receiving the goods on Wednesday 28th August I did not get them until Monday 2nd September, they seemed unable to get our postcode right, this was not the fault of Justoffbase but just incompetence on behalf of TNT.

Chatted with them to confirm the model and that it was in stock. Very good communication from purchase to delivery. I would buy from them again.

I was very disappointed to receive a gazebo cover and not a gazebo which is what I thought I was ordering. The image of the product being advertised was a fully erected gazebo with no warning that the gazebo did not contain the poles. I have complained and have asked for return postage to be offered but this was refused. There were no details on the delivery slip or your website regarding return of goods so I have had to spend time calling both you and Draper to find out where I should return the gazebo.

Only used Justoffbase a couple of times but each time their service has been first class.
I first chose Justoffbase because of their unbeatable prices for quality tools. So when I needed more tools, I looked around, comparing prices, and ended up back at Justoffbase.
I may have been lucky but I'll definitely come back here next time.

I found the service offered to be very good. I requested the express delivery service and the good were delivered 2 days later. The only problem was the currier delivered them to the correct house number but the wrong street. Fortunately, the people who received them were able to bring them to me the same day. I appreciate this is beyond the control of Justoffbase but perhaps they could feed my comments back to the currier service they use as this could potentially affect their deliveries to other customers.

I was stuck for a fairly rare metric Torx key - the five-point type. The Rover 75 forum came up with the name Seeley and justoffbase, offering a suitable torx set for a very reasonable price. I took a chance and ordered one online, without asking for fast delivery. The set was brought to my door the next morning at about 9.30! Brilliant service - and good quality tools.

Very surprised with how quickly our delivery came (far earlier than estimated delivery date) which meant that despatch was very speedy - so very happy with the service. The only reservation I have, which is a glitch on the website, is that I was shown different prices for the product I bought at different stages of the purchasing process. At one point, I thought I was going to be charged approx 20% more but I perservered and the final total was the cheaper price.
