AFTER ORDERING MY ITEMS, RECIEVED EMAILS STATING THAT THE ORDER HAD BEEN PROCESSED. THEN THE ORDER HAD BEEN COMPLETED, STILL NOT RECIEVED, HAD TO PHONE TO FIND OUT WHERE MY ORDER WAS AND GUESS WHAT THEY HAD'NT EVEN GOT ANY IN STOCK, HAD TO HAVE A REFUND.

seems good so far,but as yet i have not got all my order,was told 5 weeks to wait,although i was given option of a refund.positivefeedback.

Was easy to order my items off the site and they arrived very quickly. Were as described. I have taken one star for a small point as I could have done with a few more pictures of the item.

Ordered a work bench for husband just before Christmas, this was in stock and delivered the next day.

Thought I would need a new 24v battery drill, but discovered the switch was breaking down. I spoke to draper on 23rd December - who were extremely helpful and purchased a new switch, not only for it to arrive the next day. I had visions of waiting to the new year for the component, which would of made life a right hassle as I use the drill every day, so a BIG thumbs up
