Bought my third or fourth air gun from these amazing guys. Absolutely brilliant service yet again. I drove up to the shop, knowing what I wanted, the gentleman who served me was a very nice young man, very polite, very knowledgeable and also caring. I asked about a silencer and he gave me the one he thought was the best, not even close to the most expensive one. Absolutely amazing company and I'll definitely use them again.

Bought Air pistol Never arrived couldn’t give me another delivery date even though I offered they could deliver at my office or my Home cancelled order now waiting for the refund keep getting AI generated message saying due to technical issues it will be with you in three days. This is six weeks later now issuing court proceedings in the Small claims court absolute shame of a company

Always, Always pay by credit card as this gives you an insurance on your purchases. If the shop won’t refund the credit card company will.

Absolutely diabolical so called company. Advertise products with specifications that when you pay for and then receive something different they claim that errors were made but we don't stock or can't aquire what you believed you were buying. If you pursue it you get passed to a very rude and arrogant individual named Prab who basically blames you the customer and tells you there's nothing you can do about it.
Scammers but seem to continue to get away with it.
My advice, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHOULD YOU USE THIS SHAM OF A SO CALLED COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I've had an ongoing dispute since the end of September last year up to and including the last email I sent at the start of January. That last email has been completely ignored so again, don't touch this mob with a barge pole.

Air pistol bought 3 months ago and has developed a fault after only a few uses. Should have 12 month manufacturers warranty. We had low expectations before contacting customer services, based on other reviews… and didn’t fail to disappoint.
“Wear and tear” after a few uses. About £50 per go! Happy to sell us a replacement!!!

Fantastic consistency with the JTS .25 pellets.
Bought 3 different grains for my FAC FX Wildcat to test. Absolutely staggered at the performance at almost any speed! Left my usual JSB Heavies for dead!

Purchased a Crosman multi shot mission last February.
Used very little as only have a rat problem in winter.
The tabs on the magazine started to break. It felt very cheap and poor quality. After some research a lot of other owners are having the same problem.
I contacted Just Airguns about the problem and was told the gun has a 6 month warranty so nothing they could do even though it is obvious the gun has a manufacturing fault.
I've put it down to experience and would have to take it through Trading standards and most likely get nowhere. They must know this gun has a fault and sold it to me anyway.
Think carefully before using this supplier and do your homework.

Looking at some of the reviews ...I just think you get what you pay for..and the guys here do offer advice...I've bought several rifles etc and have no complaints ...asked the questions and received honest and straightforward answers and suggestions...10 out of 10

Purchased a gun on a Monday, was expecting delivery on the Saturday only to be called on the Saturday to say it wasn't in stock. Because I didn't want another item off the website I was told it was my fault I would have to wait 7-10 days for a refund! So I was out of pocket for 2 weeks after they took my money for an item they didn't even have...

Not at all impressed - purchased a Glock 17 BB air pistol and found that the thread of the fixing nut into the mag to secure the CO2 cartridge was faulty - called Justairguns to explain the problem - even before I had finished trying to explain the problem they were not interested and was told (very rudely) that it was my fault - solution = you have to purchase a new mag. Will never deal with again.

Delivery - 3 weeks with an email 48 hours beforehand. Be prepared to wait this long if you are not local. Delivery was on time.

The air rifle (a Draganov) is a cheap clone and whilst it makes a great wall display it's usablility as an air rifle is awkward. The magazine is a hopper, the CO2 is inserted inside where the bolt would be. If you fit a scope, you have to remove it every time you want to reload CO2. The cheek rest, stock and fire grip are plastic but the body is metal. For wooden parts the price would double so if you want a display piece it's good value. I fitted a clone scope bought elsewhere and it's a clunky fit, much like the original apparently...

Ordered an air rifle and paid for it. Was then basically lectured as to what I had to do to get the shipment. The shipment was to be about 1 week later. I subsequently cancelled the order and asked for refund. That was agreed and got email to that effect with refund detail being 7 to 10 days later. After 7 days checked email again and noticed that the refund total had been crossed out with thin line and total shown as 00.00. Contacted them today 15th Oct. and after long wait was told their bank had not processed request and again told refund would be made in a further 7 to 10 days. I WILL BELIEVE IT WHEN I SEE IT.

Great Service and Genuine Company
I recently purchased a UX Iconix PCP Air Rifle (.22) on 30th September and opted for the £50 home delivery to Manchester. The team responded to my emails quickly (usually the same or next day) and were very helpful throughout.

My package arrived on 5th October, exactly within the timeframe they mentioned. For anyone seeing negative reviews and feeling hesitant, don’t worry, this isn’t a scam. If you look up their physical store in London, they actually have 4.5-star reviews, which speaks for itself.

I think some of the bad reviews come from people expecting instant delivery, but the website clearly explains delivery times and that some locations take longer. Overall, I had a smooth, reliable experience and would definitely recommend ordering from them.

Good service and value. Had easily placed the order for the Kral Devil rifle package before checking any reviews. Although initially apprehensive I'm impressed with the service I've received. Product as expected although the ammunition wasn't the most accurate and soon replaced for Diablo Jumbo Heavy. Some fine tuning on the scope but good accuracy at 20 yards. Delivery on the day, given that I live in rural northwest Durham and didn't fully understand it would be actually hand delivered i commend the driver for his efforts although understandably a couple hours late, it is quite a trek. If you get the service I've received you won't be disappointed ☆☆☆☆☆

Bought an air rifle that had a fault after a few shots, then read the reviews after and thought ohh sugar. But they promptly exchanged for something else and refunded the difference pretty sharpish, was really good all round.

My last visit to the shop was exactly that. Whilst the range of guns in store is good, it's more like a museum. Look but don't touch, until you've paid for it! Apathetic sales staff both in person and in the back office. The prices are very competitive but.... the after sales care is non existent. Take a look at their policies and understand that they don't give a damn about you once you hand over your money. If you buy an item that goes faulty within a week, they'll blame user error and send it away for the manufacturer to sort. All this is from me actually visiting them. Looking at the Google reviews, I can see if you order online, you should count yourself lucky that it turns up in one piece or at all!.
For what you gain in price saving, you sacrifice EVERYTHING else.
I'm just hoping that I don't get any issues with the rifle I bought from them. Avoid.

Despite being misled by some online reviews (after purchase) into thinking I had fallen for a trap, these guys genuinely delivered. I live in a remote area of the South West and these guys got my order to me within 7 days of purchase.

The courier to begin with was "late" and I received a call from two separate numbers with reasons as to why the delivery was late, making me think I had somehow been scammed. This was absolutely not the case, the courier had been delayed due to a closure of the A39 which was a fact and made his way from London to the South West to deliver 2 hours past his scheduled time.

I will admit to sending an email I quickly regretted as these guys are superb, just give their delivery guys a chance!

Bought a C02 pistol off their website.
Was charged £50 for delivery and took over 8 days to arrive.
Magazine went faulty within 1 month, less than 250 pellets.
Was asked to take videos and send even though the fault was very dangerous (leaking co2).
It was suggested it was my fault/improper use!
Then recieved canned response saying i would have to pay for return postage before any other action would be taken.
Not at all what is acceptable in my book.

I used JustAirGuns for a transfer of an airgun I had brought at auction. Mike was very quick to response and offered clear advice. The most help vendor I have found in London.
