slow delivery
I do hope that the quality is as good as I'm expecting. However, it is taking longer than anticipated to make and ship my address plaque. I wish notification would have been given on the site as to the length of time before you receive your order.

Please do note that the Thanksgiving Holiday did add a slight delay to the processing time. Your order should be shipped approx. next week, at the very latest. Very classic and elegant

No communication regarding sale or shipping so I always wondered what the status was....that was the only place I feel there could be some improvement.
