It took several weeks, but the plaque was outstanding! Strong, solid, high quality, and well-worth the wait.

The product was excellent. I had never ordered a plaque over the internet before and was concerned about what I was getting but it was an excellent result and exactly what I wanted.

High quality product. The brass screws provided were nice looking but not long enough to make it through the vinyl siding and insulation and grab the wood underneath. I had to buy longer screws.

Ordering process was simple, but it would have been nice if I could have seen what the finished product would look like before I finalized the order. After I got the plaque, I wish I would have spelled out the number "six" instead of using the actual number "6".

The addition of the free solar powered light was a great added value. It works quite well and our plaque can clearly be seen from the street at night.

We ordered two light house plaques to mark our new lakeside home. The plaques are are exactly what we wanted. The order was easy to make, quick to ship and arrived in great condition. Thanks!

Purchased a vertical pewter/black number plate for a post by front door. Looks outstanding. Should help with pizza, FedEx and UPS deliveries!!!!

The address numbers were exactly what we wanted. I needed them shipped quickly and called the online phone number. They could not have been more cooperative. The numbers came in quickly and have been installed and look great.

I am simply sick and tired of dealing with you people. This has been the absolute worst experience of trying to order online. Your customer service, if it can be so called, is decidedly awful.

Please cancel the order and return my money immediately.

I placed my order in February 2012 for a half dozen numbers and letters that were advertised on their site as "ships in 3-5 days."

After 4.5 months of waiting for my order I finally got it. Wrong stuff.

Seven months later, my credit card has NEVER been reimbursed for the $150.

Do not do business with this outfit.

This site had a wide selection of address plaques froom which to choose. The price was competitive and free shipping made my selection easy. When I received the plaque it was as described on the site and the quality was as expected. I recommend this company.

when ordering on line to tell if the item is going to look the way you pictured. I'm
very happy with the result.

One of the numbers is not painted properly. You probably will not be able to tell from the street but up close you will. No installation instructions.

Ordering online wasn't going well. I called and placed order for a plaque (personalized). Wasn't told about how long personalization would take. Called right back with an additional order for a light to accompany plaque.

Plaque arrived after event needed, light didn't arrive at all until I called and placed another order.

I ordered my address plaque online and had no problems with the website, the process was easy once I chose which item I wanted. My item was on sale and one of the less expensive ones and it really is more than I expected and was shipped out promptly.

I just got the address plaque for my house and it is exactly as ordered. It installed easily, is made of quality materials and looks great! I also got the free Solar powered light for it and it looks and works great, too.
My wife really likes it and a couple of my neighbors asked where I got it as they were so impressed they want to get one for their own houses.

I ordered a plaque on the internet which could have been risky since it was hard to judge the size or the quality. Well, the product quality was excellent and the size was perfect. It arrived yesterday (sooner than I had expected!) and it is now mounted on our front door. It looks absolutely great!

Ordered address plaque 7/18 but did give wrong number..phoned next morning, 7/19, and correction was made and new invoice emailed. Received 8/2 but with wrong number. We immediately called and was told would be reordered..This was needed for a gift for 8/19 which I emailed several times to customer service to a <Name removed>. I called and now was told plaque was sent back as it was not done up to their standards which does not sound right to us at all. The corrected plaque should have been here by now. We are very disappointed.
