Please read other reviews and avoid this company as I wish I did.
I ordered a cosatto 3in 1 travel system back in February but didn't use it until May and noticed it wobbled when on flat surfaces and drove me mad and didn't think it was to good for my baby to be shaking about like that. I contacted the manufacture who picked it up and looked at it and said nothing wrong but I sent videos of it so they picked it up again and replaced the wheels which still never fixed the problem. I then got a email from them saying it had to go back for safety improvements to the folding mechanism so lost all confidence in the product as only been using it 15 weeks, this is were the fun with just4baby begins.
I did contact them in June asking if they could help with the wonky wheels but whoever answers there emails obviously can't read as I put all the details in the email but totally washed there hands and told me to go to the manufacture, after pointing out I bought it from them not the manufacture the kept asking questions which I put in the email to begin with so gave up. That was until it was called back I called them and said I had lost confidence in the product and wanted to return it, after a lengthy conversation (were he spoke to me like a idiot) it was agreed to return it to cosatto and then he would give me a refund. This was a total lie, when I called him after I spoke to cosatto who confirmed they had it back and he had been informed of this he said he didn't say he would refund me.
This man W J Simpson the owner is totally unreasonable, rude, liar and a knob. I was getting upset as by this point my baby had no pram for almost a week as cosatto had my pram and he had my money and being on maternity pay I don't have much spare cash to go buy another. I told him I had contacted trading standards his reply was "u can do what u want" so I think he is used to this situation.
My husband had to speak to him as I was getting no were he told him he didn't care about our situation or giving our money back. He asked how he wanted to resolve the situation I.e new pram or money and he said he didn't. Can't wait till my husband gets a job in Aberdeen or Dundee as I sure you won't speak to his face like you did Mr Simpson.
He is obviously used to this as I need to now go via the court to get my money back if at all, what shocks me more is as a buyer we have little option he can simply ask for the faulty goods back and refuse a refund so be warned. I hope his trading days are numbered but I doubt it my only hope his the suppliers stop using him to sell their products.
I must say cosatto have been brilliant and put him shame. I have now started what trading standards suggested with recorded letters etc but who needs this hassle after having a baby. I hope his next poo is a hedgehog childish I know but he drives you to it. Be warned!

Put down a deposit for the KUB symphony nursery set and was told they had them in stock so I could have delivery when rest of total was paid. Once paid I was then told they had to order the set. I agreed and asked for delivery date. After several trips to the shop a eventually got them to deliver. Then found out parts were missing so back to the shop again. They sent the parts to there warehouse rather than my address. In fact I am getting angrier just explaining what has happened. Anyway long story short they are useless liars who don't even open the shop on time on many occasions then try to lie to you on the phone. Don't give these scum your time and money. Poor excuse for a company shop online. There suppliers should be warned of this company.

I have purchased britax car seat for my daughter from this lousy company.
I have called few times to check delivery days and been lied every time and given random dates over week apart.
After 3 weeks i got fed up and wanted to cancel transaction, it took 3 days for someone to answer phone call and than have been told to send email to cancel transaction and get refund even though i have called them,
I have told them that if i don't get my money back within 3 working day i would get Pay Pal involved and i did.
They told me they have 30 days to process my refund which is unacceptable,
I am glad i have used Pay Pal to pay and to open a claim and after 32 days of purchase Pay Pal got me my money back otherwise i would not even get a refund from them.
Rude and incompetent. Absolute waste of time.

Stupidly ordered from here on Monday 14th July after it coming up on google shopping search for best price for a soft carrycot I wanted. As the item was below the free delivery I then ordered 3 additional items to bring up to over the £50. All the items were in stock with 1-3 working day delivery. That was Monday its now Saturday 19th July and the items have not even been dispatched. I have contacted both Aberdeen and my local trading standards, as i don't think looking at other reviews I have much chance of any success otherwise. I have now bought my britax soft carrycot from kiddicare at the same price with free delivery (only yesterday and is already with courier for delivery despite 3-5 day delivery) who I've used before and have always been 100%. I wish I'd done this in the first place. I've emailed Just4baby several times with no response, I've phoned many times unsuccessfully but actually got an answer today (sounded like a young kid though so probably Saturday boy) by Allen who said Gary who's in charge would call me back as busy, but surprisingly he hasn't. I've asked for a full refund but we wait and see. I suggest everyone who has a complaint lets their local trading standards as well as Aberdeen trading standards know so at least something will be done about this company! It's easy to get contact email for trading standards on line the Aberdeen one is TradingStandards@aberdeencity.gov.uk , hopefully something will be done to either get this company off the Internet or make them provide the goods as promised after they take your money!!!!

I have now after speaking to Gary (he didn't return my call as promised but I rang again 3 and half hours later and he answered) and sending several emails all with copies to Aberdeen and my local trading standards been promised a full refund. I wait this ........

Good luck if you have problems with them they are awful! Here's hoping for a full refund.......

Oh and apparently it says in the terms and conditions (which we all read!!) that the 1-3 working days delivery is just an estimate?!

Got a wrong item delivered and asked for refund. Don't use their email as they never reply. 90% of working hours their telephone number is not working. Call so many time finally got through. The seller promise to issue the refund straight away but never happened. It's over 3 weeks now. Luckily I have saved the collection receipt from Inter Link so have to go to the bank the claim my money back.

Ordered a babystyle vintage rose car seat on the 12th may. Got a email to say it was being processed & they took £69.00 from my debit card the same day. The website said it was in stock & 1-3 working days delivery. Lovely I thought, by the following week I phoned when they eventually answered the phone to say it was def being sent out at the end of the week, very rude on the phone. I gave them the benefit if the doubt & waited, nothing. I then phone again the following week gif told the same thing & waited..... Nothing!! Phoned again & on the following Tuesday spoke to such a rude female of staff that couldn't be bothered. Said again it would be posted Thursday. No delivery, phoned the next day to be told it had been sent out & I should of received it, told them I hadn't then had a phone call back to say if would be here today before 3 it turned up at 5.00 in a damaged box all opened just chucked in. I can't be bothered to send it back & get another one as I think I would kiss goodbye to my order. Please stay away from this company they are rubbish & so unhelpful. I think they have no stock & take yr money & then fob you off for weeks. U have been warned. I'm off to order the silvercross elegance that I want & will go with a reputable company with good reviews & wish I had taken the time to read these reviews on here 1st.

After winning a bid on Ebay and then finding out it was a scam auction which left me very much out of pocket until matter is resolved with pay-pal, I had to start searching for the same pushchair as this is what my daughter had set her heart on. Every search came up out of stock...then I found out pushchair had been discontinued. I eventually found a couple of online stores that stocked it and **Just4baby** was the cheapest by quite a bit. Ordered late Thursday night before Bank Holiday Monday, received Weds. Notification texts and emails were in abundance from courier as to ETA and this could be tracked on line too. Delivery time was spot on. Just4baby didn't claim any monies from account until order had been processed. I had the push-chair delivered to my daughters address and she is over the moon with it especially after the upset last week with the cruel and heartless seller on Ebay. Big thumbs up Just4Baby. I have no doubts I will order from you again. Thanks

Had to write this review after reading the terrible previous reviews. I got really worried iI had done the wrong rhthing ordering from this company after reading the latest reviews and wished I had read them before I ordered. But I can honestly say I am glad I did not read the reviews first because I would have missed out on the great purchase of the quinny moodd pushchair in revolution red for my soon to be born granddaughter. I ordered on Wednesday and received on Friday. Got confirmation email from just4baby immediately and a further email on Thursday to inform me my order was with the courier for delivery on Friday. Also got text message from courier informing my order was on the way and a further text message informing me of my estimated delivery time. Excellent service from start to finish from just4baby.co.uk.. Very happy with my purchase would recommend this company and I will purchase from them again. P Manchester.

This company is run by incompetant and rude crooks. We are still waiting for some items we ordered 6 weeks ago. The cot we ordered was faulty. Replacements were faulty. They hang up, if they actually answer the phone. They lie frequently.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. 1 star is too generous, I suspect the 5 star reviews are setups.

3 weeks later ,the told me they have issued a refund to me ,but no refund show on my bank .They just took sombody else's money so easy. Stay away ! They are liars!

Never again, I ordered oyster max pram 22.2. And They took my money emideatelly. After A Mont did not get any email,any explanation Why I Still dont have,A pram. These people should be ashamed of themselves, so annoyed I didn't read reviews before sending any money to them!! I ordered a Britax B-motion buggy last week with the expectation of a 1- 3 day delivery time as stated on the website! After not receiving said buggy I called to ask where it was & was told it would be with me by the end of the week, to no surprise it's not!!! I have sent emails & tried to call again but guess what, NO REPLY!! I have sent an email to ask them to cancel my order & issue a refund but they haven't bothered to get back to me. Please please save yourselves the stress & aggro & do not use these incompetent people!! I can't believe they are still able to trade when there are so many other people who have been had by these jokers!

I order a Britax Evolva 123 Plus Car Seat Smart Zebra from this company and regretfully did not google the company reviews before doing so.
They immediately took the payment direct debit . Then I rang them 1 hour later asking them for cancelling that order so i could place anthoer one for adding more items. He told me my order had been cancelled and issued a refund. BUT 1 week later i still did NOT get my money back! AND they TOOK my money for the second order also and still received NOTHING yet! I rang them for 2 days, nobody answered the phone.Nobody replied the email. I donot
know if I could get my money of two orders back!
I suspect the one 5 star review is an employee!

Do not use this company.... They are terrible. I ordered a Chicco Mia bouncer 2 weeks ago, unfortunately i didn't check the internet for reviews until after I had ordered - there are no reviews on their website and when I went to look for a place to leave a review, I couldn't find a link to do so - they obviously don't wish for their bad reviews to be seen on their website.... The money for the item was taken immediately, however, a week after the order was made I still had not received an email to say the item was dispatched. I therefore sent and email to the company regarding my order and I also phoned the company. The gentleman on the line was very apologetic and polite and said he would find out what had happened with my order and would call straight back. It appears he was falsely apologetic as no phone call was received from this gentleman. I did however, receive a response to my email a few days later stating the item was a discontinued item - not sure why it was still advertised on their website if discontinued. They offered to send a different model, however, I don't wish to have this model so I requested a refund. I have received no correspondence since. I have tried to call I have emailed and I have received no response. I have called a total of 20 times this morning to try to get through to them on the phone with no luck. Basically, stay well clear! I am going to raise a dispute with paypal as thankfully I paid using my paypal account instead of directly so there is hopefully some chance of getting my money back.

I used these Guys purely because of price. It is also nice to support smaller companies. However, whoever own this company needs to get a grip of operations. I ordered a travel cot on the 18/3. By 1st April I had heard nothing. I chased them a further 3 times with failed promises of investigation. In the end they had to give me a refund. What a joke. I would have paid the extra to deal with Kiddicare, Mothercare etc.

Ordered the Jane Trider Boheme matrix travel system as the site offered the best price available. At first we had received nothing but an order confirmation. We chased after 1 week and the buggy plus matrix light was delivered the following Friday. Would use this site again.

Just Received the Cosatto Yo! Go Lightly Stroller,For a bargain,£187.00..ordered it on the 26th feb,they said they deliver within 3 working days,but only Just been delivered today,6th March,yes its late but they kept us up to date at all times by text and email,overall we are very happy with the pushchair,and the service...

I ordered a maxi cosi pearl car seat cover on 16th December and STILL have not received it! I have emailed and phoned but have no luck with a response! It’s disgusting that they can take people’s money and not deliver the goods. I would advise anyone NOT to use this company!

How is this website still in business? How can you state a delivery time of 1-3 days and not deliver...no communication, no reply to emails, no answer to the telephone...took my money easily enough though.

I ordered a pushchair as it was £40 cheaper than other stores but you really do get what you pay for..or not in my case as I never received the pushchair!! And after reading reviews online there's a lot in the same boat as me.

Luckily I paid through PayPal so should be able to get my money back.

I placed my order for a Maxi-Cosi Pearl Car Seat in Divine Denim on 18.01.14. £125 was immediately taken from my bank account and an order received/being processed email was sent to me. I then waited........and waited!
I emailed the company on 24.01.14 to ask for the status of my order. I received no reply. I telephoned on 27.01.14 and the phone just rang and rang to the point of cut off. I sent another email requesting information on my order. No reply. I finally managed to get an answer to my phone call later on the 27.01.14 and asked when my item would be delivered. I was told he would need to check with the warehouse and would call me back. I had no call back so 4 hours later I called again. I was this time told to expect delivery later this week and informed I would receive delivery text messages.
I had heard nothing further by 30.01.14 so called again. I stated I wanted a confirmed delivery date or a full refund. I was again told he would need to check with the warehouse and would call me back. I asked when this call might be referring to my previous experience, he said he would be 5 minutes. My call was returned at which point I was then told that when I had placed my order they only had one seat in stock. That seat was damaged so could not be sent out. After speaking with Maxi Cosi, Just4Baby informed me that the seat had been discontinued and asked if I would like to choose another seat. At this point I asked for an immediate and full refund. I was told this would be completed by close of business.
I made a final telephone call on 31.01.14 to enquire as to whether my refund had been completed and ask for written/email confirmation of this. I was sent an email confirming refund and later that day the funds were back in my account. At no point during any of this process did I receive any form of apology from Just4Baby. STAY AWAY!
