I’ve always known JPS to be a brilliant company, but this is the first time I’ve used them in my own home. Their quotation came in a little less than another local company, and more than another company - but I trusted their explanation, staff and general professionalism.

The installation was done in less than 2 days, and the powerwall looks so neat and professional. The solar panels are also extremely neat and tidy, nothing was damaged the staff exercised extreme care throughout. They explained everything to me afterwards very well. I honestly can’t fault this company in any way. I’d recommend them (and have) to many people.

I researched long and hard on installers who go the extra mile and make sure everything is done as neat as physically possible.
It took lass than a calendar week from the scaffolding going up, to it being removed again.

Excellent installation and follow up support

Previous experience of installation(8 years ago!) and then follow up was always available when I made contact. So went with JPS to get additional panels, battery and Eddi installed. A professional team of people who I had absolute trust in. Great problem-solvers - nothing was too much trouble (including our 3 phase electrical system). Service was great from start to finish. Came recommended by a friend and my initial enquiry was quickly responded to with all my questions answered fully. Scheduled install was planned but due to a cancellation was able to be brought forward by a couple of weeks. Installation was quick and neat. A minor software issue identified the following day was quickly corrected. Have already recommended to several other friends..
