To clarify:
The primary numbing cream should be applied 90 minutes before your procedure, and the area must be fully covered with cling film to allow the lidocaine to properly absorb.
The secondary numbing spray is intended for use on broken skin during the procedure to extend the numbness.
Both products are designed to work together and are trusted by professionals for tattoos, laser treatments, and PMU. When applied correctly, they provide long-lasting pain relief. However, it's worth noting that factors like consuming caffeine or alcohol before treatment can reduce the effectiveness of topical anaesthetics for some individuals.

Worked for about ten minutes,really dissapionted with this product ,i have used other creams which all claim to be the best on the market ,pretty sure this company claims the same .i bought five tubes as i was gettung a back piece done ,i applied two tubes as per instructions and it only worked for about ten mins was really hoping this was gonna be the cream that really works but unfortunately have been left bitterly dissapionted .

Was it applied 90 minutes before the tattoo and covered with cling film (occluded) during that time?
This step is essential to activate the maximum strength lidocaine in the formula.
