I ordered some napkins and they made a small mistake in the quantity ordered. However, they could not have been quicker and more accommodating to correct the mistake and make sure I was happy with my order (even though I had initially ordered the wrong colour). Fantastic customer service and well made napkins.

Delighted with my new oilcloth tablecloth edged with bias binding, great quality, as expected design wise and arrived within 3 working days.

I ordered a linen tablecloth from Jolee Tablecloths but when it arrived I was very disappointed with the quality of the linen. The tablecloth had lots of prominent slubs in it, which made it look old and tatty. When I went to return it, I discovered that this wasn’t possible because it had been made to order. I spoke to them and they insisted that slubs are just a feature of 100% linen and are completely normal. I don’t accept this because I have three 100% linen dresses which I’ve had for several years and none of them have slubs in them. They’ve also been through the wash multiple times and still look pristine.
The tablecloth wasn’t cheap (£102) but I’ve had to write the money off as Jolee Tablecloths weren’t prepared to offer me a refund. I wouldn’t use them again because it’s not possible to see the quality of the product before you buy when you buy online.

I was delighted with the bespoke outdoor table cloth that was made for me! It looks great and is beautifully finished. Service was quick too and I was kept well informed of my delivery progress. Thanks so much

I ordered (#000187580) a Bergen duck egg apron and before doing so specifically checked with customer service that the neck strap/tape would be grey as displayed in the web site illustration. I was categorically assured that it was. The apron arrived today and the neck tape is white! Although the delivery and product itself are good I am still very frustrated that customer service appear to have no product knowledge. Please sort it out Jolee!

Review on 22 May and reply on 13 June is not very good! We had to start using the apron so I doubt Jolee will want it back. How about a free replacement as a goodwill gesture and to make up for the two fold poor service?

I ordered a pvc tablecloth and it was cut perfectly to the size I wanted and it looks fabulous! I was really impressed with the choice, ease of ordering and delivery (it arrived really quickly). A great company that I will definitely use again and would recommend!

We received a lovely tablecloth in the print we wanted, but the colour was different to the one I had selected. I informed customer service and they arranged for the tablecloth in the correct colour to be sent out immediately (bearing in mind it's Christmas and super busy) - and they let me keep the other one too. Really friendly and helpful. I'll definitely use them again.

Jolee tablecloths will make your tablecloth made to measure, and they didn't disappoint. I bought a cream, cotton tablecloth which arrived quickly. I ordered the wrong shape tablecloth but customer services were very helpful and changed it. I said I needed it for Friday (this was Monday morning), and they assured me I'd have it on Thursday. Tablecloth arrived on Saturday! I didn't expect a heavy duty cotton, but was surprised how thin the material was and it and the napkins weren't finished very well, with lots of loose threads. I don't think I'd order the cotton tablecloth from them again. If you need for a specific day, order well ahead of time.

Could not recommend enough! I ordered samples and they came within a week. I then was confused on selecting sizes as my oval table is a strange shape. I rang the customer service number and they could not of been more helpful with sizes and even helped me measure my table on the phone and told me I could customise the width. It was delivered in a few days and I love the look and feel of the oil cloth. Very reasonable priced for the quality! Will be back to purchase in the future and recommend to friends.
