I will absolutely not be returning to JoinSkinny after three months, and I strongly advise others to look elsewhere for their weight loss medications. Their customer service is completely non-existent, and they completely ghosted me after taking my money.Medical & Prescription Issues: I received my first month of medication and experienced severe nausea. I have taken this specific medication 100 times before and have never once gotten nauseous so I didn’t turn in the prescription before my medication was delivered because I didn’t think I would need i. When I went back to check my text messages to send my prescription over to my pharmacy, the link had expired and completely disappeared.Billing & Subscription Confusion: I signed up and paid for a 3-month plan, but only received a single month in the mail. I have no idea if they plan to send the subsequent months one by one or what. Worse, they refuse to answer whether they will automatically charge my card again after the three months are up or if I have to manually cancel.Customer Support Failure: They promised they would follow up with me after the first week, but I haven't heard a single word from them. I have sent multiple emails that have gone completely ignored. To make matters worse, whenever I try to call the customer service number listed on their emails and website, the line automatically hangs up on me after exactly 19 seconds.
Pros:None. They take your money and disappear.

I’ve sent several emails asking for the nausea medication link, asking if I have to cancel after three months or do I have just have to reapply to get the meds and I only got one month in the mail I didn’t know if they sent that monthly or not I wanted that clarified but I’ve gotten no response. On top of everything else every single other site is cheaper than this one I can get semaglutide for $79 a month and the other one that’s 150 on this site I can get for 119.00
