James, working at Johnson in Waitrose, Salisbury couldn’t have been more thoughtful. I arrived to deliver some dry cleaning in a somewhat frazzled state. Even though he was clearly up to his neck in other peoples garments that obviously needed sorting, he took time out to listen to me tell the story of the distressing event that had just taken place. He kindly suggested, that based on what I had just told him, I deserved to have the item cleaned for free. This generous offer put a smile back on my face and turned my difficult day around.
Empowering front-line employees to use their judgement and initiative to delight customers is an excellent policy. A win-win for all involved.

I went in to get a suit jacket and waistcoat ironed and the lady there was so kind. She did it for me in 10 minutes and it was free of charge!!

Staff always very helpful and friendly when visiting Lancaster branch.

The two ladies Mandy & Angie are simply magic. They saved my beloved Ferrari top and aside from just changing the zip, they repaired it where I didn’t even know it was coming apart. I’m sooo happy as it’s a long way to Italy to get a new top. This is the level of service that brings such joy. Will definitely be bringing more alterations and repairs and cleaning into them . After breaking my only shed key, I was panicking about getting it sorted so called upon Johnsons in Huddersfield to see if they could help me in replacing this.

I couldn’t pronounce the name of the lovely lady who served me as I was massively tongue-tied but she couldn’t do enough to help!

I left the broken key with her and she text me a couple of hours later to say that she’d sorted a replacement so went to pay and collect. It was absolutely perfect and I walked away a happy customer knowing I could still access my shed.

To see negative reviews on here from some people blows my mind as Laniyana honestly couldn’t do any more and dealt with the line of other customers, superbly and is an absolute credit to the company.

Sent two pairs of trousers in to be dry cleaned. A little suspicious at first regarding the same day service. Later on the same day, received a message to collect. Trousers were more dirty than before! A strange brown mark has appeared on them - without enough time to take them elsewhere now before my event. Now I need to find an emergency outfit. Very unimpressed for £22, you’re not even fulfilling your purpose.

Super job altering the cuffs of my winter jacket by the lady seamstress at the Chorley, Lancs Branch yesterday. Very nice, neat professional tidy work, just the result I was looking for. Very quickly done within a couple of hours and at a fair price.
I can't recall her name but she's standing in at present for the permanent branch seamstress. Worthy of praise in her own right. Thank you

Rachel made my day today with a simple, but vital, change to the return package machine that has taken the stress out of waving your QR code around trying to get the scanner to pick it up. Lovely friendly lady, I started my day with a smile and a laugh thanks to her.

Diane at the in-store branch at Sainsbury's Grimsby is an absolute gem. She is super helpful and friendly, couldn’t do enough to for me today. It was a pleasure to shop there today. She deserves 10 stars ⭐️

Sent a new (worn once) pair of navy blue linen trousers to be cleaned via Waitrose in Hawkhurst. The quality of the cleaning returned and the pressing is nothing short of shocking.
I have contacted Johnson via their website form, including photos, had the standard "we have your email" but that's it. Seems their Customer Service is a bad as their cleaning. I had previously sent a shirt to be cleaned via this method and the pressing was not great but I assumed this was a one off, obviously I was wrong. I won't be wearing the trousers again and will not be using their services or recommend. NOT IMPRESSED, POOR SERVICE

We took a super king duvet and a few other items to the store in Sandiacre for cleaning. I was asked when we needed them finished for but I said no rush really. I was delighted to receive a text the same day in the afternoon that they were ready for collection. Great job brilliantly done - thank you very much

We bought our daughters wedding dress from a local wedding show, the lady at wedding fair promised us that she would clean it before the big day… we took it back to the shop and was told to “ put it in your bath”…. We spoke with Diane in the little shop in sainsburys and she put our mind at ease and she’s cleaned the dress for us and it looks amazing so a hugeeeee thank you Diane!!!

Highly disappointed with this service... I paid £215 for my wedding dress, shoes and veil to be cleaned. I have had my items returned today, after waiting 6 and a half weeks. Over double the time that they state on their website with no contact from them what-so-ever. I had to chase them to ensure my items had in fact arrived! My shoes look no cleaner then when I sent them and my dress still has stains.

They provided a note within the boxes stating that 'not even professional cleaning can get rid of all stains'. Given the money I have paid, this feels like a very poor excuse.

Plus, the overall lack of costumer service, really unimpressed and would NOT recommend.

I Used their services because I'm a Waitrose customer and I thought Waitrose choose quality partners, they damage one of my D&G T-shirts and the other two didn't dry clean it properly, It is my mistake I should not change my local dry cleaner, I don't recommend it all, just use your local dry cleaning services.
