No response to known issue
I genuinely don’t have time to waste when a system simply doesn’t work or isn’t maintained. Yet again I can’t place order because it won’t accept home delivery. It’s a fault in their system they haven’t fixed for years but I keep forgetting. I believe it applies to Safari and you can phone them and get round it. The one star is because feedback given re this acceptance there’s a problem but zero attempt to fix.

I wanted to report it to John Lewis partnership card immediatly. I phoned the customer care number on my card but only got unhelpful messages.
If you are committed to stopping on-line fraud then why dont you put some human effort behind it instead of hiding behind usless voice messages.

Quick and easy to order. Quick to collect at my local Waitrose. Money is supplied in a plastic sealed envelope. All good. Recommended especially if a Waitrose store is convenient for you.
