Great experience with the dealer, issues with car were dealt with by our local dealer after the car was shipped to us.

We reserved a used Jaguar with a £99 deposit on the used Jaguar website with the car being at John Clark, Dundee on 1 February. When we decided not to purchase the car a few days later, we were told we would be refunded the £99 deposit. It is now 3 June and despite calling 6 times and speaking to several different people including two different sales managers, finance and admin with promises of a refund, we cannot get our money back. Be careful with this franchise. They are crooks.

Despite having problems initially with the brand new car, Neil could not have been more helpful. A genuinely first-class experience.

Sales department had great customer service and very helpful, however the same cannot be said for the service department. I came in with 3 issues to discuss, none required jaguar to part with any money.

I got nothing but unhelpful answers and very poor service, I was made to feel like I burden for simply asking for services I have received without comment from other manufactures service departments. I really got the impression as I had not bought the car direct from them they were just not interested in helping. if you are interested in a jaguar please look elsewhere, very disappointing, I will be taking my business elsewhere in future.

We saw a Jaguar Ipace online at Jaguar LandRover Dundee and spoke to David Cartmill who arranged an appointment for us to view it. The service he provided from start to finish was excellent. Helpful and approachable staff. Good pricing and additional structures to ensure handover and new car purchase was timeous and well communicated.

Sadly the car I'd hoped to buy wasn't prepared to the standard I expected and the sale fell through. A week on and our deposit has also still to be returned.

Was easy to part exchange and was well guided by salesman, he was helpful and informative with any questions.

Gavin and Ryan provided an excellent service when I purchased my new car from the Dundee branch. A very smooth buying process from start to finish.
There was one minor issue with the valet carried out on the car but Ryan went over and above to rectify, a 1st class after sales service.

I've seen cleaner cars and noticed more scratches and marks, not even a welcome gift. 3 x jags... No more.

Vehicle viewed prior to collection very pleasant and welcoming. Car test driven and agreed to purchase highlighting two points of concern (condition of front tyres, driver door sill light).
Collection date delayed owing to V5 matters - this was not considered as a concern.
On collection the two points were not referred to and resulted in an exchange of views with two Pentland members of sales staff. The matter on tyres was fully discussed and conditionally agreed to progress, the driver door sill light had not been repaired - following investigation it was agreed the light would repaired in due course. The later remains outstanding. Setting up the Jaguar remote app could not be completed till the following week, I believe normally done on the day - this was not referred to.
Day of collection was marred by the above matters. Our reception was different to that of viewing the vehicle.
