Was told the car I bought was going to be valeted before I collected but when I picked it up I found that the car was filthy and hadn’t been properly cleaned so I had to deep clean it myself, also sold with no locking wheel nuts which they had promised to post up to me and still have not received them, once they have your money they don’t care about after sales. Shocking

Really good customer service, Steven who looked after me found me the car I really wanted. Test driving a car was so straightforward. My car got in to the garage with a faulty rear view mirror so he really wanted it sorted properly and gave me a car for 4 days until my car was ready. All in all great service
